Kyle was an exceptional server. He was friendly, engaging, great at check backs and knew his menu. My background is 50+ years in the restaurant business and he is one of the finest servers I have encountered. The food was excellent as always and the person greeting/seating us was friendly and we got an immediate acknowledgement.

Awesome little Sushi joint. Friendly staff, fast service, excellent food. Love the cucumber salad and spicy tuna roll, that said, everything else I've had there is fresh and delicious.
Labeled gluten free options and GF soy sauce upon request! The BEST Philly roll I've ever had. Very fresh.

Best sushi in Tucson, period. I’ve eaten there many times, and tried most of the sushi menu. I’ve never been disappointed, but my personal favorites are the sunshine and fantasy rolls. Staff are always cheerful, attentive, and helpful with whatever questions I’ve had. Highly recommended, and I will continue to eat there whenever I get the chance… or even create a chance.

I really enjoyed my lunch at Sushi Cortaro. My server was Derrick and he was wonderful. Seated me immediately was was very timely on service. Made sure I was taken care of. I got a hot sake and was served immediately, which made me very happy. They even offered some complementary miso soup, which was delightful and brought it out as fast as they did the sake! I order a las vegas roll and spicy crunch tuna roll with salmon nigiri on the side. It was all wonderful and tasted fresh. I would very much reccomend this restuarant to friends and family.
We used to go here but they put in a really strong artificial air freshener, and now in most of the place it smells so thick like chemicals, it’s hard to enjoy a meal. I gave them a two in service because after our meal we kindly mentioned this to the person at the register, and he didn’t seem to care.

They never update when they are closed on google. Everything else is just ok.

I love this place, but they close randomly and still appear open on Google. Today was the second time we've driven there after confirming they're open on Google, only to get there and it's closed. Highly disappointing. If it showed that they were closed I would have no problem.
