Before it was very good and well reported in my last purchases I have had several disappointments the poorly made roll looks half empty, I really like that sushi but there are better ones

Food was almost warm, and our food took 20 minutes even though me and 2 others were only in line. The woman serving us DID tell us this would happen. The quality of the food was great, it was very tasty and it filled our stomachs nicely. The lot was shaded, and the noise level of the cars passing by were pretty loud. Overall, I do recommend it. Benefit of the doubt the food is always warm and the service long.

I ordered the Guaymitas roll.

The boneless ones seem to have been fried twice, they don't taste like anything, very little buffalo sauce, 4 little pieces of carrot, chewy and crunchy at the same time, although well reported, but they are not really good.

I like the sushi from this place(ajo), but lately, when I place my order over the phone, they send me to pick my order up at the Plaza on 12th, just north of drexel, and the food tastes completely different. It is definitely not made the same, and for some reason the 12th location smothers the rolls with that chipotle mayo, instead of putting it in a side container like the ajo stand does. So now, whenever I order over the phone at the ajo stand & they send me to pick up my order on 12th, I just won't go & will get food elsewhere.

If you want to wait for an hour to have your order this is the best place, make sure you call to place your order so you don't have to wait an hour, only 40 minutes :)

This food truck has a pretty cool and different take on sushi. They have beef and chicken options for sushi that'll I'll have to try at a later time. This time, I went with the Guaymitas Roll and the Peñasco Roll, both of which were really good, but i highly recommended the Guaymitas roll, it's delicious and they're Chipotle mayo and eel sauce compliments it very well. I love the roasted Serrano chile pepper that comes with instead of the wasabe, I'm not a fan of wasabe, but i like spice with my food, and this is perfect. The Papas Sonora were really good too. They kept it simple, fries melted, cheese, and bacon bits. It does take them some time to get your food ready but it is worth the wait, and there is not much of an atmosphere here, their set up on a parking lot of a car battery business place.
