Really nice people. Good sushi selection and quality given we’re in Tucson, with a reasonable price point. I lived in Vancouver, BC for a long time and know sushi, and this is my local joint now that I live in Tucson.

I had a fabulous experience here! Everyone inside was so incredibly welcoming. I came in to enjoy a lunch by myself, and my server was wonderful. The young server with blonde ish hair, wish I could’ve caught his name. He was so attentive, but not over bearing. He checked on me and my food and never let my drink go empty. He works very hard and deserves some recognition! I will certainly be back!

This sushi restaurant is the best! From the time I entered I was welcomed. You do not feel this way at many restaurants now a days. The wait staff were excellent and quick to bring me a menu and drink order taken. The food was amazing! Not too many places place wasabi on the rice for you for your nigiri, they do! I was pleasantly surprised! The rolls were excellent too! I highly recommend to anyone! To the business owners, and staff, you do amazing work and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you! I will definitely be returning.

While we have enjoyed Sushi Zona in the past, today's experience ruined it for us. My wife and I arrived at 2pm for a quick lunch. We were unaware that the restaurant closes at 2:30pm. We ordered waters and 2 sushi rolls. The food was good and the server came back and told us that it was "last call". We ordered 2 more rolls immediately. The food arrived quickly and while we were eating the server came and squeezed between us and the window to close the blinds brushing us with the server's backside. The server proceeded to give us the check. We paid while eating. At exactly 2:30pm the server asked if we wanted a box and that they are closed. We asked if we could finish the last few pieces of sushi. The server said "well, we're closed". At that time we let the owners know that their server had virtually kicked us out before we could finish our meal. We were offered no apology or acknowledgement from the owners or the server and we left. We will not return.
