Suspiros Cakes - Broadway

I had to come and edit my first review. What a disappointment Suspiros is now. The Fresas con crema cake was so dry- terrible for our guests.
The pickup was such a fiasco. I gave them my name and phone number exactly correct somehow they changed my name from Michelle to Michael and my number was completely wrong. I never received a call that the cake was ready and then they couldn’t find it when my husband went to pickup. Also they never answer their phone, you have to drive to get any kind of response. I used to rave about this place but you’re better off going to Costco. The good reviews are because they offer an incentive if you fill out a review in store.

Walked in and was able to get one of the cake we wanted and a slice of the other we wanted but didn’t have the whole cake but wasn’t disappointed at all. The cakes are super delicious and soft! Would totally make it a tradition to have their cakes!
