Customer service is not their strong suit. I’m in from out of town and heard the cakes were good but when I called, they only had a few cakes available and the lady on the phone was rude. Going elsewhere

It would be better customer service if it was self-check out. The lady there really doesnt want to be there or see you, nevertheless help you.

Never been there but went to a party last night that had their cake. It was the best I’ve ever had. It was so light and melted in my mouth. I will be purchasing one of cakes soon! Yum

I came in when the store was opening and a friendly staff member helped me pick out some deserts for a party of 25. I purchased a bambino cake, 6 Pina colada cupcakes, and 6 vanilla cupcakes. My son had one of the vanilla cupcakes as his 2nd birthday cake and loved it. Everyone at the party raved about it, and the deserts disappeared very quickly. Everything was moist, fresh, and top notch for the price.

Terrible customer service and definitely over priced. The girl in front was coloring and never bothered to look up when I said hello twice. She seemed like I was interrupting her day and didn't seems to want to answer any questions. Will use a different place next time.

I buy a from here almost once a month. The customer service is horrible. It’s almost like I’m an inconvenience for them. They never open the time they say they are, you better have exact change bc they do not, even if you are waiting outside for them to open, they’ll get there and still take their time to unlock their doors. Cakes taste amazing,a little expensive, but the sales lady makes me never want to return?

Excellent quality and service. I love them because they have a great variety of flavors and are very delicious.

While I love their cakes they have not had two cake orders I’ve placed in advance. Make sure to follow up because order placing doesn’t seem to be communicated.

Please don't hire people who don't care about the customer. I literally had to beg the lady come explain the different cakes you have. She would act as if I even wasn't there. I stopped by around 4:58 pm on May 26.

I ordered my son and his girlfriends birthday cake 6 days in advance because I wanted to make sure they got their caramel tres Leche cake. When I went to pick it up, they said "Did anyone call you yesterday?" I said no. Why? They said because the new girl gave your cake to another customer yesterday. They told me all they had was vanilla. I was so bummed. So I asked what they were going to do for my inconvenience. We really didn't want a vanilla cake but we needed a cake for the party so we had no choice! They acted like it was no big deal and the girl at the counter said she had to text the owner who really could have cared less and only offered me 10 % off. Really 10%? For a cake I really didn't want to buy because they are super expensive to begin with! The cake was still $35. Not worth it! I won't be back!
