Will not be returning. Avoid if possible.
I was missing half of my mobile order, I should have verified my order in the parking lot prior to leaving due to the REGULAR tendency for this location to provide every single item within the order.
I should have been clued into understanding this would be the case when the individual taking orders took 3 tries to understand my name over the drive through speaker. Upon arriving to the window it appeared that even she was unsure the order was complete as they attempted several times to confirm whether the order was complete with their coworker.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!!! The food was fine and the drive-thru attendant was polite. My order was correct, however, I was charged for someone else’s order that was double what I owed. I contacted customer service when I got home and realized this after seeing my payment receipt. I have now been promised for 3 weeks that I would receive a refund but nothing has happened other than wasting my time and energy.

Apparently if you are a delivery driver like Doordash or Grubhub you are not allowed to use the restroom unless you buy something. Plus they always got rude comments to say including the manager. Worse customer service. Hope Taco Bell corporate office sees this

They're open late, so that's good. The staff isn't rude, but they aren't friendly either, and they aren't fast at all. Don't bother ordering online because they don't make it until you check in, so you'll still sit at the window waiting for them to catch up anyway.
