Food was prepared as ordered and it was delivered quickly. Inside was clean, the place lacks some personality and is more sterile feeling. Wish the menu was more broad. Food is overpriced, but no surprise there.

As subpar as a Taco Bell can get. From start to finish our experience sucked. Drive thru cashier was rude, they didn't have Baja Blast which was abrasively said to me after ordering it. I ordered my two drinks without ice and got ice in not even just one, but both which, had it been the only error wouldn't warrant a negative review. My order looked correct on the screen but was not correct upon getting home (it was boxed up and wrapped up, it would have been a huge pain in the behind to check for sour cream on my items, especially as one is a burrito). Terrible service, it was akin to giving my order to a pouty teenager who then passed it on to a kitchen full of people who didn't make it right. Basically what I'm saying is that there's a dozen Taco Bell's in Tucson, so save your money for one that doesn't suck like this one does :)

Super bummed out on this location. Basically of math. How many items did they PAY for? Double check the bag before giving it to the patron. Well they didn't and they didn't on the previous time before that. I called and spoke to manager and we couldn't come to any resolution so she gave me the district mngr #. I called the number and of course left a message to call me back and to my surprise......no one called me. !!!! Tired of working hard for our money and because of my schedule I was forced to go there and order food. (Not really forced) but one of my options. Waste of time and loss of $$$$$ . I would advise you NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

waited 40 min for my order inside and they handed it out to someone else.. along with 10 other people who were waiting just as long as me. they also messed up my order and they said they would give me a cinnamon twists for the mess ups and didn’t even give me any. do
Love Taco Bell, but they run out of breakfast food thirty mins before breakfast ends. No flexibility in accommodating customers. Friendly, but poor

Aside from all the fast food places doing this self serve kiosks. The staff is still very nice, helpful and above all clean. Watching my food being made, I see everyone on the line change gloves multiple times. The couple times they have messed my order up, they quickly fixed it, with no question other than what they can do to make it right.The only recommendation i can make to the GM here is..... Are you able to bring back the coin game we grew up with? The one that lets you win some free food and the money goes to charity. Everyone over 30 reading this knows exactly what water/coin game I'm talking about. If you don't then you missed out on some great childhood memories. Landing a quarter on the smallest plate gets you a bean burro or beef chalupa. Could only win once a day per store.
