We went to the location at 1620 W Valencia in Tucson Arizona on Saturday Nov 1,2025 at 4:00 pm and spent $45 . Got home to eat my hard she'll taco and it was broken, all the meat fell out. How can you serve tacos like this in. Your Boxes?? Gross. And also we asked for sauces and received none. You need to have cooks that care and Drive Thru that listens. Also paid 30 cents a drink extra to get large that were the size of a small drink. Been coming to this location for a while, no problems until now. Don't think we will support Taco Bell anymore.

DO NOT EAT HERE! They messed up on my order 3 times. I went through the drive through with all my hungry children hoping to get a quick fix, HORRIBLE Idea! I asked for the pack of 12 tacos half regular and half soft with only cheese and meat. When I got my food I seen that they were all hard shell with cheese only, I parked and got down from my vehicle and went back in and politely asked if they could fix my order I even said I was sorry (for their mistake) They took my whole order back and said they would remake it. When they gave it back they gave me back half of the same tacos and the soft ones I asked for when I opened up the old tacos it was the ones with no lettuce. Annoyed that they couldn’t get it right the 2nd time around I asked if they can just refund my money back, the supervisor Vanessa told me “alright well give me back the food” I said my kids already ate a couple and this is ridiculous, she then said all they can do now is remake the food. After they remade the food Vanessa asked if I wanted to check the food so I did and of course the new tacos had lettuce only and no cheese. I said “Vanessa this is 3 times and you all couldn’t get my order right”? To that she said nothing and I said omg never mind drove off, while they were remaking the food I seen Vanessa laughing towards her employees who were in the back making the food. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Of course I dumped the food in the dumpster which is where that whole location belongs 🤮

I love Taco Bell, but this location is awful. The staff is rude and the owner of this franchise seems to be the problem. Let me tell you about my specific experience: I ordered the new item on the menu which is a Chalupa with steak and I asked for a substitution for ground beef instead
I was informed that that was impossible because the ground beef is too watery today. Yum
The girls were argumentative when I said I was willing to take it the way it came, and I was willing to pay for the premium price of steak, even though I was only getting ground beef. They said no.
If Taco Bell corporate ever sees this review, know that I drove away without spending any money at your establishment and I went to In-N-Out
My go-to meal is a burrito supreme and a Mountain Dew.

Let's start off by saying I haven't eaten from tacobell in about 8-9months. Lastnight I got their new avocado ranch crispy chicken burrito and just 2 regular crunchy tacos. The chicken burrito was absolutely un edible, the chicken was hard and so dry and has like an odd chemicaly taste like what the heck was that I took one bite chewed it for a couple seconds and spit it out. Now to move onto the regular crunchy taco im not sure what kind of meat they are using now or if it was just old and bad but it tasted so extremely bad. I ate one bite and had to throw the rest out tacobell went WAYYY downhill or this location on valencia is just serving spoiled meat im not 100% sure but I will not be returning .

The Valencia Taco Bell in Tucson is the best!! The best customer service employees!! The food is perfect. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. We always go to this location. Friendliest, happiest employees. The visit is always a pleasure.
