My go-to meal is a burrito supreme and a Mountain Dew.

Let's start off by saying I haven't eaten from tacobell in about 8-9months. Lastnight I got their new avocado ranch crispy chicken burrito and just 2 regular crunchy tacos. The chicken burrito was absolutely un edible, the chicken was hard and so dry and has like an odd chemicaly taste like what the heck was that I took one bite chewed it for a couple seconds and spit it out. Now to move onto the regular crunchy taco im not sure what kind of meat they are using now or if it was just old and bad but it tasted so extremely bad. I ate one bite and had to throw the rest out tacobell went WAYYY downhill or this location on valencia is just serving spoiled meat im not 100% sure but I will not be returning .

The Valencia Taco Bell in Tucson is the best!! The best customer service employees!! The food is perfect. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. We always go to this location. Friendliest, happiest employees. The visit is always a pleasure.

Went into the lobby to pick up my food and waited and not one person acknowledged me and then a girl comes and says lobby’s closed and proceeds to kick me out like i wasn’t waiting 15 mins for someone to give me my online order I literally was here before 10 pm, worst customer service wont be back

Sad. They are adding less and less actual ingredients yet charge the same or more for the items. My mobile order was confused with another person with the same first name then they confused it with a completely different name. I'm not sure what happened but I had to wait quite a while, then pull to the front, wait some more and while watching people walk in, no one came to help them out right away. They put almost all their energy on the drive thru leaving the in person experience a really sad one. Do better.

I have only been to this location about 3 times since it has been open and EVERY TIME it never fails, I get stale food or they always forget something. The first time the taco shells were so stale it was like biting into rubber and tonight I went in and the fries were old and hard and they forgot a taco so I had to go back just to have them remake my fries and get my taco. I'm so done going to this location, I'm just going to go to the one on Irvington because the people are nice and the food is always fresh. This location is absolute trash from the staffs attitudes to the food.

Lousy service, some of the employees were working while a male employee that was supposed to be making my order was too busy playing around and flirting with a female employee. With only one other customer in the store it still took over 15 minutes to get my order. Will gladly go to another store with a more professional staff.

They remodeled this taco bell, it used to look so good, now it's this bland office room the pictures you see online are not what the interior is anymore. I've never been so depressed walking into a place I loved, it's a glorified drive through now. Customer service no longer exists as you have to order from a kiosk and watch ads. The food is not what it was, smaller portions, kinda cold, more expensive. If you're wanting to dine in at Taco Bell you're better off using the drive through.

I ordered driver-through and they forgot my empanada. So I turned back around because I was still in the area. I walked in and politely told them they forgot my empanada. The lady who is packing the food yells over to the girl that is helping me and tells her she did pack it. She made go back to my truck to grab my bag so she can check it and she still claimed that it’s in my truck somewhere. WTH this is horrible service, I wasn’t asking for anything extra or mad I simply wanted what I paid for. All this just for an empanada SMH.
