Sad. They are adding less and less actual ingredients yet charge the same or more for the items. My mobile order was confused with another person with the same first name then they confused it with a completely different name. I'm not sure what happened but I had to wait quite a while, then pull to the front, wait some more and while watching people walk in, no one came to help them out right away. They put almost all their energy on the drive thru leaving the in person...
always check what they hand you at this tacobell , 8/10 times items are missing or incorrect . Love this tacobell though . Recently had a bad experience with lady at drive through window , but after calling and explaining what happened to manager she said she would talk to the rude lady at the window. So im glad this taco bell is properly managed, and the service some people give you doesn't represent the location entirely.
Food was good service was great but lobby could of used some attention there was 2 guys sleeping laying down in chairs trash every where and spilled soda right as you walked in that was dried and sticky must of had a busy rush hour
