i placed a pickup order 20 minutes before we got there and then proceeded to sit in the drive through for another 10 minutes as cars show up behind us. no communication at the window about the status and when we got the food it was very messily put together and one of the crunchwraps tasted almost stale. i normally love this location but tonight kinda sucked especially when there was little to no one in the drive through. i dont know what happened but even the people at the window were kinda rude :(
I made an error on an online order. The lady at the counter and the manager were exceptional. I wish I got their names but they both deserve a raise.
This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food establishment. I NEVER spend the time to write a review however after this experience I felt obligated. First and foremost the staff was negligent, rude and obviously had better agenda to attend to besides the food. I got my order missing items and the food might as well have been left on the frier all day. I understand this is a fast food establishment and not a high end place. But they all deserve to be fired for how horrendous of an experience I had. I will never return to this location and hope someone has to read and acknowledge my review.
Drive through: not getting what was paid for multiple times; not often do we eat here but when we do its a common mistake, not getting the order correct is also a reoccurring mistake ; having to double check the order is not my job but a shame it has to be. If it's fast but not accurate does it matter how fast¿.. pathetic.
Worst taco bell. Absolute incompetence. 02/01/25 9:00am. Inedible garbage. Maybe they're intentionally doing it. Last time I will ever go there.
Funny story, although I like Taco Bell, it was the furthest thing from my mind today. However, when I went into Dunkin' next door and saw how filthy it was, with nobody manning the counter despite standing there for five minutes, I decided to go next door to Taco Bell instead. Greeted immediately. The crew was joking around with each other, but in a fun way that was still productive. Several crew members were involved with grabbing stuff for me and making me feel welcomed. Food looked and tasted great. Lobby was clean. Other customers came in and I watched their moods improve as the friendly staff did its things to them, too. Thanks for salvaging my day after Dunkin let me down.

Quite during my lunch hour. Staff is friendly. Food is well prepared. Prices on most items are reseanable.

Not busy and I like the computerized ordering system. Still relatively cheap, too.

I paid almost $6 dollars for this burrito the person says to me it is made consistent with what is required for portions. I know this to not be true this is the only Taco Bell that serves their food like this. I travel around Tucson for work this is my second time here at this one and I now remember why I don’t frequent this one. What a joke and they have no shame just taking your money and not fixing the problem due to shrink and or waste because it doesn’t look good for their numbers if they do. I ordered no chipotle sauce on all my burrito guess what it has it and I don’t even have the tortilla strips. There is just a little bit of cheese off to the side that is supposed to be on top of this burrito that is supposed help balance the flavor of the entire burrito. Anyway I don’t recommend this location at all I absolutely love Taco Bell always have but this here was a major no for me! The rest of my order also was messed up Empanada was cold and overly deep fried and my lettuce had really dark almost black lettuce they mixed a new bag with older lettuce so I had to pick it out of my other items. It is worth to drive further down Oracle folks huge difference and the one on Golflinks is the best one in Tucson. Trust me!

Idk why taco bell has such a hard time getting orders correct. And it's not just one. The amount of times I've ordered supreme tacos, only to get them and find no tomatoes or sour cream, and it's not a free add on, it's extra. To then have to get out of my car from the drive through and have to come inside to get the order corrected, it's irritating because how often this happens at taco bells across the board. And if your going to keep the order you messed up, then please still give napkins, hot sauce, and utensils with the remade order, it should be common sense. Doesn't matter how nice your associates are if they aren't providing the service which they are being paid for.
