Person at the window gave me a bag that was wet at the bottom as soon as I picked the bag up bottom collapsed and my food fell onto the floor lady was so unprofessional I don’t want to go back for replacement food you should keep the people who don’t like customer interaction in the back because it shows and money goes to waste in the end. Highly upset would rather drive to wilmot location from now on called store talked to “manager” beliza insisted on arguing and explaining why it was messed up rather than fixing the problem

We came inside to order and eat but only had an hour before we needed to be somewhere. We ordered at the kiosk ant them waited forever for our food. We literally the only ones in the restaurant at the time. We were served our drinks right away but we watched them make numerous orders for the drive thru. After approx 20 minutes or so, I inquired as to what was taking so long and told them we needed to be somewhere shortly. It was then that they actually started to make our food. No apology for the wait and then we had to practically beg them to give us 1 item that was left out. We took up the paper receipt and the texted receipt to show them. They got it for us but we're not happy about it. I love Taco Bell but don't think I will be back to this location.

The Taco Bell on 22nd and Alvernon is the worst one to go to in Tucson. They serve old tortillas and chicken that's as hard as a rock. Dog food is better than their food. Real Talk
If u want to get disrespected and treated a certain way and other ppl treated good this is the right place to go to the employees are so rude and it’s the African American employees so I won’t be coming here again the way I got treated was so uncalled for..
