Im disappointed. Chicken strips are not cheap for a 4 piece and you give out a nugget as a strip smh. I dont think we will be back to this location. And here's the kicker it looked like you had a higher up in the dinning room and you still give out food that's not up to par. Do better.

Wow, hands down the rudest Taco Bell employee I’ve ever dealt with. Acted like taking my order was some huge favor, rolled their eyes the whole time, and still managed to get it completely wrong. No apology, no fix — just attitude. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on customers.

I work nights and taco is so close to my work. This is my 3rd time going there and its been a very bad experience. I go around 1 or 2am. The overnight guy in the drive thru always has attitude like im bothering him ordering and to top it off the fries are ALWAYS cold! Also if you question something right away him and the older lady will practically yell at you that the item is correct or in there. I'd rather drive further to go get some Jack n the box then deal with that poor service nasty stale cold food.
Excellent food. The coworker was a HUGE help . Had a shift card, and she helped me big time.

I have the feeling that fast food restaurants here in Tucson must have a high standard of hiring. I've been impressed with not only this Taco Bell but almost every other fast food place I visited since I've moved to Tucson. The restaurant was clean, organized and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I moved from Colorado and you can't say that about most fast food places in that state.
