5/8 items I ordered were not correct. I called after I got back to work and was told to bring the items back for a new order. The problem was that I had already distributed the food to my co-workers. THEY BASICALLY SAID “ there’s nothing we can do.”I paid for items I did not receive and were given more cheaper items in my bag.

So it's been forever since I've been to any Taco Bell and this location was pretty good. Not too big a fan of the kiosks in the lobby like McDonald's has but don't like McDonald's. They do have somebody behind the register to help you if you have any trouble. The employees were really nice and professional. Restaurant was really clean compared to most places that I've been to lately. They also have this cool new napkin dispensing machine which dispenses the perfect amount napkins that most people would grab without being greedy .

This store was nice to visit they have a clean parking lot, looks new and very maintained. I always enjoy the drive thru because they have the order ready for me.Parking: Has new asphalt I was able to the painted parking lines. No litter ?Wheelchair accessibility: You can see the paint designations on each parking spot. Very helpful

I was so excited to eat my taco’s but after biting into the first taco luckily I noticed this long black hair being pulled out of the taco as I was biting. I am disgusted. I tried calling the location to complain but the call goes strait to voicemail and unfortunately I had to throw out whole party pack in the trash.Update: I ended up getting ahold of the manager and she had me return the tacos and gave me a full refund for the party pack and apologized.

This is on a bad side of town and gets the worst people in it. It's so bad that the bathrooms are combination locked and have no mirrors or paper towels. They are getting rid of the lobby soda machine because of misuse. And they have trouble keeping staff also because of the location so no one knows what they are

I ordered delivery from The Tucson Matketplace location on the app.My order was missing 4 rolled chicken tacos, which I paid for.When I tried to submit this error on the app, the Submit button would not work.I called the location.Manager would not refund my money, and he refused to take my name so that I could come pick up my tacos or get a refund the next day.He gave me an 800 number to call for customer service.I said they’re probably closed now.He said “No, they’re not.”I called. They were closed.He also spoke with an annoyed attitude.
