They dont offer any of the online deals other taco bells do, are more expensive (discovery luxe box is 5.99 at any other one, 9.99 here) and the online menu is missing items? No chalupas or gordita crunch for example. And the lobby was closed at 8pm

I went there yesterday night and I had the worst experience ever the wait time took over 10 minutes they got my food wrong I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on my chalupa and taco I got lettuce in my taco and tomatoes in my chalupa it was stale the manager was also rude and then when the window was open I heard him say n-er yeah to one of the other male employees the service people were nice the manager was rude and unprofessional I will not be coming back to the tacobell with people like that

I ordered 3 burritos with about $7 worth of added lettuce, cabbage, and tomatoes, and got about 1 tablespoon of each. On the plus side they dont serve vegetarians meat.

When My uber eats order wasn’t delivered I was heartbroken calling the manager to try to figure out what to do. Without hesitation, that Manager 9/24 at 3:50 pm said no problem they would remake it and I was able to get my food hot and fresh and in a timely matter. I called back to thank them and the manager related to me and had an amazing attitude. That manager and team deserves recognition for going above and beyond for a loyal Taco Bell customer!! Great job!

This Taco Bell is a disaster. They gave my $50 order to a stranger and left me with nothing. The staff isn't just careless, they're dead weight. If you value your money or your time, avoid this place at all costs. It's not a restaurant, it's a gamble you'll always lose.
