I dont come here often, but whomever was working drive thru, jul 19, sun, at 1500 (I did not catch his name) was very upbeat, quite pleasant, and super personal! He was efficient and worked both lobby and drive thru at the same time. He addressed lobby customers by first name and greeted them warmly. Impressed! Hope he serves me next time!

Ordered 4 CRISPY chicken tacos, I got 4 soft chicken tacos. I went back up and said this isn't what I ordered explained 3 times I wanted the CRISPY tacos. They remade it and the worker slammed it on my table and left. I went back up and said hey these are still soft tacos. The manager argued with me again and I said I wanted CRISPY these are soft. She gave me a refund of $13 when I paid $19. Had to go back in and get the rest of my refund. What the hell is going on here!? I'm not normally a Karen but seriously pay attention

Ok here's a pic of TACO BELL. I live Literally 1 min. Away. Look at this Gross Mess of Food, taco fell apart 5mon in just opened. Food was COLD and they 4got MY Chalupas, which was the meal I ordered. SO sick of TACO BELL!! Prices Go Up food Quality DOWN....

if i could go lower i would. if i could pay extras to order delivery from another store i would. this store gets 90% of orders wrong, and almost 100% of PREMIUM meat orders. i have almost never gotten the correct meat and i ALWAYS upgrade. the app sometimes compensates but i simply want the correct food and staff are incapable

How do you confused a cheesy beef burrito and a enchilada burrito for a cheesy rice bean burrito it’d make sense if you were busy but I was the only one in line step your game up ripping people off and giving them bean burritos

Cold food, the woman behind the counter was a real peice of work, hear her complaining about all sorts of stuff. And I grabbed a bunch of salsa because..... I like it, and she said "30 salsas for 4 items". Very rude. And it was not where near 30 salsas, and I uses them all. Never coming back here again, might as well never go back to taco bell is this is how their employees are trained.

The made my chick quesadilla as thin as paper and has the package it came in attached to my food. I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a yummy chicken quesadilla but nah.
