It's definitely a Taco Bell. They're usually pretty good with getting our order correct but we've had items missing a couple times. We ordered from here on Monday and they forgot two of our tacos. The food is always prepared well and staff is friendly, not the worst Taco Bell in Tucson for sure.

The food here is always great, but there is always a number of employees on duty and thet are constantly yelling at each other, going back and forth and screwing around - very unprofessional and disturbing if you are eating your food there!

All the Taco bells I have been into are refurbished and the dining area is colorful and inviting. The food is consistently very good all the time, every time I go there! Bring on the mild sauce ☺️

I went through the drive thru, came up to the speaker. The order taker started out friendly and then started acting like me being there was an inconvenience. When I got to the window to pay she was rude and extremely snooty. Practically threw my food at me out the window and slammed the window closed. 10/05/2025 @11:00pm

Atmosphere is great service is flustered and cant seen to make any of our orders right.. im talking like at all… we been here about a total of 5 times there’s always an issue with our orders. Then I call it in talk to managers explaining how I don’t want to be an issue at all just reimbursed in someway or another.. they insist every time to redo the order then we go back and they don’t have us on file and don’t give us everything they promised over the phone lol. Then we get our new orders and they’re wiping or half assed yet again.. smh I’ll drive the extra mile to another location at this point!!!! Sorry guys!!! Y’all need work!!

I had to drive there to pick up my door dash order when the driver didn’t pick it up. The staff were polite and even remade my food because it had been sitting for 30 min. Just an amazing experience. Will come to this Taco Bell every time now. Thank you!

I pre ordered for my food. I arrived 10 minutes after my designated time and the order was not ready. 20 minutes after pick up time and it's still not ready. I asked for an update and the person rudely says, it's being worked on. I then point all that all the orders after me are going out and was told it's because it's drive thru and they they are priority. Why even have pre-order then? Mind you there was 8 people working and orders were not being processed correctly or in the proper manner. You even had drive thru customers coming in and complaining.
