This location was very helpful in remaking my order that I never received when I ordered on the app. A driver was assigned to the order, apparently picked out up but never delivered it. He must have been hungry 😡 the order was reassigned to another driver and when he got there they told him the order was already picked up. So they remade the order and the Doordash driver was amazing!! He kept in contact with me the whole time and delivered my order with a smile! This location was fantastic and I appreciate them!

this Taco Bell service was awful. I asked for, four plain tacos for my daughter meaning just meet and the shell and I didn’t get that. I checked before I left and informed the lady at the window and asked me again if I was sure they were plain. I found that to be very rude. After telling her she went to remake my four tacos and she the only gave me 3 back she then tried to make me pay for my extra taco. After finally getting my taco the meet was very sloppy and taco was awfully made.

Went to pick up an order. Door says it's open 7am to 2am . It's 9 pm and the lobby is locked with no notice and no alternate lobby hours sign, so I can only assume they closed it for no reason. Feels so unprofessional and frustrating when people lie about their hours or business operations.

Heard Taco Bell has good chicken nuggets. Picked up my order and had to go back because it was missing the dipping sauces. Then I got home and cracked it open and the nuggets were overcooked dried out dark brown little rocks.

Yes, the food is okay, but EVERY NIGHT that me and my family come here to order food they never fail to FORGET half of our order. I understand that it is a large order and it is bound to happen a couple times, but it is a CONSTANT mistake that they have made with us for months already. It is the closest one to us and it is soo disappointing that we must remind them each time. The workers prolly be spittin in our food when we correct em too 💔.. pmo pmo... This time the manager apologized for the mistake so I'm adding an extra star.
