Yes, the food is okay, but EVERY NIGHT that me and my family come here to order food they never fail to FORGET half of our order. I understand that it is a large order and it is bound to happen a couple times, but it is a CONSTANT mistake that they have made with us for months already. It is the closest one to us and it is soo disappointing that we must remind them each time. The workers prolly be spittin in our food when we correct em too 💔.. pmo pmo... This time the manager apologized for the mistake so I'm adding an extra star.

I went 2 times in the last two weeks to get my spicy potato taco fix both times through the drive-through. The first week, I got to the window and was given my items and was told to have a great day, and I smiled and drove off only to realize I was never given my drink. That's on me. The second visit, I was given my items and told to have a nice day, but I stayed there for an extra minute until she opened the window again and asked if I needed anything else. I advised I was not given a drink, nor was I given my drink the week prior. She apologized and handed me a pepsi when I had actually ordered a baja blast. She had a pike of drinks loaded near the window and it made me wonder how many times they forget to give the drinks out in a day. Was she new? Idk.... were they friendly... yes.... just need to be better about handing the drink to the customer along with the receipt. The tacos on the first visit were fresh and crispy, but on the second visit, the tasty and old. I would like some more consistency.
I have lived near this Taco Bell since I was 6 years old. I am now 26, not once did my family or I encountered a rude employee. The staff has always been so nice and fast!

We ordered takeout, the woman who was there was new or didn't want to work, she gave us the wrong order, we had to stand in line again to correct the order, how good the food was, it was well cooked.
