If I could give zero stars I would I ordered at 12:30 am and as I opened my food a SpongeBob bandaid fell out of the wrapper like what the heck!!!! That’s disgusting I called to complain and the worker Elisabeth said it wasn’t me that she the only one working tonight and she accused me of lying why would I have the time to do such foolish acts but don’t go here I had to throw all my food away because that’s just nasty 🤢 never coming here again!!!!!
Growing up on the Southside I've learned to love real Mexican food. Sadly TB doesn't sell real Mexican food.
Instead they sell cheap quality Nathan priced garbage filler cleverly disguised through marketing manipulation as Mexican food.
I visit weekly as I simply can never get enough of TBs offerings.
Staff does a great job at this location. I always customize my order a bunch and they always get it right.
Hello, I came to pick up a package, the girls are acting very cold and they tried to get me to approve the package even though I came twice and I am very complaining. These and the other 2 ladies are very sullen, if they don't want to work, they should leave work. Have a nice day.
THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT!
The manager of this taco bell is particularly kind and helpful. I visit this taco bell weekly, and they have only ever gotten my order wrong one single time, out of over 100 orders. They are very good at what they do, and I know it's just taco bell, but man they really put in the work at this place. Great team, great service. Taco Bell is great.

I think you know what you're getting if you're choosing to eat here.
Parking: It's easy to pull in, harder to pull back out into traffic.

The ordering process was fairly straightforward, and the food was pretty good; nothing to write home about. The service was pretty good, too. However, when I got home and began taking everything out, I noticed the Mexican Pizza was a bit smashed and the soft tacos sticking to their wrappers. As irritating as I find that I understand that it happens.
The issue is with the sauces & napkins. About two or three napkins, mildly irritating; that's typical of most fast food joints these days. But when my order specifically states FIVE Mild, FIVE Hot, and FIVE Fire for the sauce packets, that's what I expect to get! Instead, I get NINE Diablo Suace Packets, SEVEN Fire Sauce Packets, ONE Hot Sauce Packet, & TWO Mild Sauce Packets.
If the workers are just gonna ignore part of the order specifications, why bother having it in the first place?! I've been to other Taco Bells where they at least tell you if they're out of specific Sauce Packets, and don't just throw whatever into the bag, hoping you won't notice. I'll also mention that this was all through the drive-thru.

I’m beyond frustrated with this location. They’ve removed the menus from above the registers, practically forcing everyone to use the app or kiosks to place their orders. I don’t mind the app when it’s convenient, but I hate fumbling through a kiosk just to customize my food.
And let’s talk about customer service—because it feels like it’s being completely phased out! For some people, talking to someone at the register might be the only human interaction they have all day. In the middle of a loneliness epidemic, taking that away doesn’t just feel impersonal—it feels heartless. This is not just about food; it’s about creating a welcoming experience for your customers.
If Taco Bell insists on making us do the work ourselves, then prices should be lower, or discounts should be offered for kiosk users. Forcing self-service isn’t just bad customer service—it’s bad business strategy. Please bring back the menus and the friendly faces behind the counter!

The staff here are extremely lazy when it comes to making the food. The food is all over the wrappers and everything, as soon as you open it you have to wash it all off of your hands. Needs to get better staff that aren’t so lazy. I get it’s Taco Bell but this is one of the worst ones I’ve been to.
