Mexican pizza has no sauce on top and there was no flavor on the bottom part of the tacos and the cheesy rice and bean burrito was to wet you couldn't even eat it it made a huge mess Also the kiosk is confusing to order couldn't find what I wanted and I kept asking the manager for help which he ignored me and didn't get any help...I love taco bell but this was the worst...

I didn't realize until after I made my order that Taco Bell doesn't go on location data and it sent my order to the wrong store. I quickly went inside and told the manager and he called the other store and canceled the order and made it for this location excellent service great food very friendly employees beautiful views! I would recommend this Taco Bell store!! I had the $5 lux box with chicken chalupa regular crunchy taco and five layer beefy burrito with side of nachos and a drink all for five bucks!!
Great service! I must have said the wrong number combo when I ordered drive thru because the Doritos tacos were not in my bag. When I went in with my bag, the manager very kindly immediately had my Doritos Supreme tacos made, free of charge very quickly. Thank you!
My bf picked up tacos tonight. They were the thinest, hardly any meat or cheese just taco shell. This location has been going down hill fast. We will be going to other locations this one JUST SUCKS!!! Give us what we pay for it's just that simply.

I've come to this same Taco Bell, morning, day, but mostly during the grueling hours between midnight and 4 am, more than TWENTY times in the last year, to the point I know some of the staff by name.
Even when it's late, and everyone is tired, I not only experience great service from those working the window, Jesus and Delilah (i believe), and appropriately portioned, delicious warm food by chef Carlos (i believe), and finally excellent management from Manager Sylvia, whom I assume is an excellent source of team moral as well as a helpful leader when things get busy and tricky. I'm always met by a smile and kind, excited attitude, regardless of the hour. If this location lost the night crew, I wouldn't ever come back.
In addition to that, I've been to almost every Taco Bell in Tucson, and I can't tell you how much free food I've received because of mistakes from other locations (I won't say who), but I'll tell you right now, I've never had a missing fork or switch-swapped food item from Taco Bell at 3455 E Grant Rd.
P.S. Most the low rated reviewers are definitely the problem, or lying, I've seen it first hand.

This location is clean. It's great for a Taco Bell. I'm giving 5 stars for the overall experience. They can't make the food taste any better than what they are given. Food is barely 4 stars for me. But I continue to come because I love the experience. Good job! Thank you. EDIT: I don't believe a napkin dispenser needs to be high tech. It actually slows things down if you're in a hurry.
This is no doubt the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff moves like zombies and seem to be miss managed with no idea how to get orders filled quickly. Also the kiosks are setup way too low for most people to use.

The food was good. I would give it a 9/10. The only downside was the wait. I had to wait about 15 minutes, even though I was the only customer in the store. There were only two cars in the drive-thru before I placed my order, and they continued serving new drive-thru customers, giving them priority.
