I don't understand why they put the rudest people at the drive-thru!! We should feel lucky we have a job people. They always have the rudest young people at the window. This will be the last time I go to this location. The. young woman that helped me in the Drive-Thru today at 1:19 p.m. her attitude sucks. I greeted her at the window. She just gave me the total. I give her my money. She gives me my food. She looked like she was pissed off. Didn't say hello How are you? Nothing. Just the total. I'm about to tell her thank you and she shuts the window as I'm speaking . Again no thank you. Have a nice day.or nothing from her!

The staff is always super nice and genuinely the best 5 layers I've had from any Taco Bell location.
.. all the way there, waited for the food to sit on the delivery mobile pick up shelf for 10 minutes to get cold, got home and didn't have my chips for the supreme dip 😪 👎

Awful food awful service the workers hate there jobs so they take it out on paying customers they refuse to give you stuff they forgot with the order they will also lie to your face and tell you fry’s are fresh over and over again only actually making it fresh when you hand it back just for them to give attitude honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they do multiple health code violations because that’s just who they are

The food was cold, the tacos didn’t have enough beef, the Cinnabon delights were cold and hard yet burnt. They were old and had no filling inside. The Baja Blast was the only upside of this visit.

Honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. I’ve been there a few times because it’s nearby to wear I run my errands but unfortunately they not only lack quality service but they skimp you on the meat, cheese and even the lettuce which is basically just water. The soft tacos at any other TBell I went to were full except for here, and to top it off they wouldn’t accept dollar coins one time when that was the only form of payment I had.

By far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered 12 hard shell supreme tacos and when we picked it up it was not supreme, but regular tacos. Called them and asked if they can remake it. Drove all the way back. Get home, assuming that they couldn’t possibly get it wrong again? WRONG. Now they’re soft shell tacos. CALLED BACK AGAIN ASKING TO REMAKE THEM. Currently in the drive thru for a third time tonight because I am specifically craving hard shell, supreme tacos. How hard is that?
Not to mention each drive thru experience took forever.
EDIT. We got to the window and they had the AUDACITY to ask for the tacos back as if we didn’t get home and opened one of them to check. That is seriously crossing the line of sanitation requirements. NEVER coming back to this location.
