This is my church, my household worships Taco Bell & this is the best location around me.

I’ve been a loyal Taco Bell fan for years, but my experience at this location was completely unacceptable. I ordered a quesadilla and requested it to be extra grilled. Instead of fulfilling my request, I received a quesadilla stuffed with onions—something I never ordered or expected.
When I called the store to explain the mistake, the manager’s response was appalling. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, he demanded that I drive all the way back to the store (a 30-minute trip one way) so he could “verify” the mistake himself. Are you kidding me? I had already made the long drive home in traffic and was not about to waste another hour of my time due to a mistake they made.
I even offered to take a picture of the quesadilla to show him later, but he flat-out refused. He wouldn’t take my name for a future refund or free meal, insisting that the only way to resolve the issue was for me to bring the quesadilla back that night. This was not only inconvenient but also insulting—it felt like he didn’t trust me to tell the truth.
Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled is what makes the difference. This manager clearly has no idea how to provide customer service. I’m extremely disappointed and will think twice before visiting this location again. Taco Bell corporate should take note of the poor management here.

I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell since probably 2011, and when I saw the luxe box I thought I'd give it a shot plus I had to get my favorite...a chicken quesadilla with the 'gut rock' sauce! Overall everything was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. I won't wait another 20 years to eat here again lol
Taco Tuesday's at Taco Bell is simply the best option to enjoy abundant low quality yummy food at a very reasonable price.

I got the Luxe cravings box last night with a soft taco, beef chalupa, beefy 5-layer, cinnamon twists, Dr pepper, and Baja blast freezy. Normally, I love taco bell. But, then, I woke up at 1 am with some severe nausea and stomach cramps, both of which a symptoms of food poisoning. Went to the hospital to see if it was, and it is. Taco Bell, you gave me food poisoning. After a bit of research, I found out that there's been a lot of food poisoning cases caused by taco bell over the years. Taco bell needs to be permanently shut down because of all the cases since 2006 alone. I'm never eating taco bell ever again.
