I didn't appreciate the crew's attitude. It's almost like they didn't want us there. Us being my friend and I. I especially didn't like how they refused to let my friend use the restroom. After I explained to the spaanish speaking, female, employee he was with me and the one who paid for our order, she reluctantly let him use the restroom.

There was sour cream on my potatoes even though I ordered them WITHOUT sour cream. My cheesy gordita crunch was supposed to have NO lettuce and it did .. I am very disappointed with this order. I didnt think it was that hard to read order instructions. I ate what I could of the potatoes but sour cream upsets my stomach. I removed as much of the lettuce as I could from the gordita crunch but I couldn't even finish it. The fact that my order was messed up completely ruined my appetite. I ordered through the app and put in that the order was messed up only to get 10% off my next order .. This is the first time my order has been this messed up, I feel like 10% isn't enough.

I ordered steak crunchwraps for the family. There was nothing but lattce onion and sour cream wrapped in tortillas. Ridiculous. Ruined our weekend night.

This is my church, my household worships Taco Bell & this is the best location around me.
Horrible service from the girl at the drive thru didn’t even crack a smile or greet us,she gave us a dirty look after asking for a simple sugar and creamer in my coffee,food was cold,

I’ve been a loyal Taco Bell fan for years, but my experience at this location was completely unacceptable. I ordered a quesadilla and requested it to be extra grilled. Instead of fulfilling my request, I received a quesadilla stuffed with onions—something I never ordered or expected.
When I called the store to explain the mistake, the manager’s response was appalling. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, he demanded that I drive all the way back to the store (a 30-minute trip one way) so he could “verify” the mistake himself. Are you kidding me? I had already made the long drive home in traffic and was not about to waste another hour of my time due to a mistake they made.
I even offered to take a picture of the quesadilla to show him later, but he flat-out refused. He wouldn’t take my name for a future refund or free meal, insisting that the only way to resolve the issue was for me to bring the quesadilla back that night. This was not only inconvenient but also insulting—it felt like he didn’t trust me to tell the truth.
Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled is what makes the difference. This manager clearly has no idea how to provide customer service. I’m extremely disappointed and will think twice before visiting this location again. Taco Bell corporate should take note of the poor management here.
I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell since probably 2011, and when I saw the luxe box I thought I'd give it a shot plus I had to get my favorite...a chicken quesadilla with the 'gut rock' sauce! Overall everything was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. I won't wait another 20 years to eat here again lol
