This is our 3rd and LAST time with this restaurant. All three times our food order has ended up wrong. My husband went through the drive thru with me on speaker phone to place the order, 2 cheese enchiladas w/rice beans, and a bean toastada with just beans, lettuce & cheese. What he came home with was 2 beef enchiladas with rice & beans & a toastada with half a head of lettuce, cheese sour cream and guacamole. When we called the store within 30 minutes of ordering I was transferred 3 times and then told they couldn't do anything because it had been to long. I would give negative stars if I could.
This place is horrible with drive thru service. Ordering a side of rice takes as long as if you’re ordering 5 entrées or more. Just horrible.
