Definitely gringo Mexican food. Just a step up from Taco Bell. Horchata was homemade and good. Rice was soggy mush. Tacos and beans were just ok.

Where do I start, their walk in was closed due to understaffed issues, usually it wouldnât be an issue but the drive thru that is open now had 8-9 car parked waiting to put the order through. Big hassle! Ordered a dozen taquitos order because I had it before and they were actually hot and tasted good.. I ordered a large tamarindo with no ice, they didnât have horchata, they gave this small cup which she said was the only size they offered, mind you they are charging for a large and giving you a small medium cup to cheat the customer, what else and of course your totally obligated to take it since you waited a year to get there. I returned it, they werenât to happy and could tell cause they closed the little window so I wouldnât hear all the dissing and complaints. Next plate I ordered was a chimichanga combo plate , beans and rice with it, decent portion but the poor chimĂł was mostly refried beans on the inside instead of the beef. I have a problem with fillers to ensure they donât run out of meat they soggy up the tortilla with all that bean inside instead of beef. The damm thing wasnât crispy, it was all soggy, disgusting!! I canât stand soggy tortilla when it should be very crunchy! Fir that matter I would have gotten a soggy burrito! What a dissapointing experience, really!!! These sort called Mexican restaurants are really missing the mark, this washed down Tex mex way of cooking itâs a total travesty to genuine Mexican cuisine.. Mind you, they are charging you an arm and a leg since the pandemic and now they are really over doing it!!! If you want soggy chimichangas filled with mostly beans, undersized drinks for the prize of big oversized drinks and getting charge a fee for using debit or Apple Pay, and having to wait outside because they canât help you with walk ins, then this place is for you. And youâll deserve it for being a total dummy for stopping by in first place!!! Lol There are better places and you wonât walk out thinking I could have just cooked at home for good Mexican food!!!

I get the carne asada burrito with guacamole religiously and I swear on everything it is consistently FIRE ?. They never miss with it. I have a healthy obsession with this place. Rest assured, itâs a few levels above the standard Los Betos.
(Life hack: When they ask for red or green salsa, ask for JalapeĂąo sauce. Just Trust ?ââď¸)
