There are too few self-service options. Many of the items on the menu are not available and the prices are not cheap. I don't recommend it and I won't come back

It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to write home about either. The atmosphere was pretty loud for a Tuesday night and you're practically yelling over the closely packed tables to hear anything that's being said to you. Service was a bit slow as our server was the only one working, so items were brought out in odd groups a while after we ordered and we had to ask for items multiple times as requests weren't being communicated to the kitchen.

This place is amazing. This was my first time eating at Taegukgi Korean BBQ and it was a great experience. I visited with a friend and our two teenagers and our server was absolutely amazing, always checking in on us at the right time and changing our grill out when we needed it. The menu and food was absolutely amazing. This place has a cozy vibe and would be great for a date, family get together, coworkers or just to eat alone if you are in the mood for Korean BBQ. We will definitely be back.

Great first time experience, we were here celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Drew took very good care of us, explained and answered our questions. Great customer service by all staff, others would check in on our group making sure we were good. Food choices were good, great selection can get a bit smoky but overall a great time was had by all.

I took my friend and her mom to celebrate her 30th birthday and recent engagement, expecting a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing. The waitstaff was inconsistent, disappearing for long stretches while we waited for our meat and side dishes. We found ourselves staring at the burnt grill and empty plates. I even addressed the issue of undercooked, hard rice with the “bus boy,” as he referred to himself, but no one followed up on our concerns.
At one point, we waited over 10 minutes for our waiter, who passed by our table multiple times without making eye contact or checking in on us.
Given that we spent almost $200, I wish our experience was far different from what we encountered.

Great Korean BBQ! Staff is always incredibly friendly. The menu and experience looks daunting at first, but I promise it's simple and the staff do a great job of making sure you understand and well taken care of! I do end up spending $100+ here for 2 people, half that if it's just 1 person of course but definitely more fun with a friend, so be sure you've got some spending cash~

Restaurantji Recommends
We went for date night since we were trying new things. The thing was, the grill kept over cooking our food bc for some reason it would get a high heat even though it was set low. The smoke was all over my face bc the fan/vent thing didn't work. My eyes hurt so bad afterwards. Drinks were delicious for the one piece theme. I dont know if well be going back. Didn't have the best experience overall

Have been coming to Taegukgi a handful of times since it first opened however this last time was underwhelming. Service was slow and we had came on a weekend which is usually the busiest days. We must’ve had about 3 different waiter changes. They also completely changed the banchan including what they served in their sauce dishes. Was not a fan of the ponzu type sauce. What they had previously was completely fine!! Hope this is just a hiccup and things can improve.

We've decided to spend our 3rd wedding anniversary dinner here and what an amazing choice It was.
A big shout out to the g.m. Brandon and staff, for letting me stop by a few hours before and so they set our table with our flowers and a little gif for the wife i had drop off.
The table looked amazing!!!
We were so blown away by the hospitality how educated the servers were about every single item on the menu.
This place is totally a hidden gem.
It has such a welcoming vibe between the music. All the staff members, welcoming and saying goodbye to people, leaving and coming.
We will definitely be back!!!
Thank you Taegukgi and staff for making my third wedding anniversary so beautiful and memorable.
