Hands down the absolute BEST Mexican food in Tucson ESPECIALLY the Menudo & Carne Asada. The owner is extremely passionate about his restaurant & you will definitely notice this every interaction you encounter with him.

Yes yes these people care about what they're serving you to eat I recommend the $6 burritos,refried beans are the best and chips are cooked and clean oil,@please consider giving this small business,@some love they deserve it call in your order and go pick it up. They were out of tamales because the ladies on vacation who makes tamales but there's lots of good stuff on their menu it is a huge menu and very good ingredients. The parking lot needs to be paved for sure but it's what's inside that counts.

It makes me sad to have to change my rating for what used to be one of the best places in Tucson. The experience here has deteriorated so much. The server was very rude, and didn't properly process card payment, including signing the POS without alerting us. The salsa was just red water with no vegetables or flavour.
Formerly five stars, now it's easily less than one.

We ordered online with great ease. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find a large selection of vegan options. Pick up was a breeze too.
The food was delicious. We were excited to try nopales in the burrito bowl and in tacos. We also had a corn tortilla taco with soy chorizo.
We were happy to have corn tortillas as an option for many of the catagories as gluten doesn't work for some who ate with us.

I paid 13$ for a cheese crisp with machaca that should of costed 8 $ based on weight 😝the used to be at bigger than what you are serving the lady at counter said it's because of Biden🤦🏽♀️ SMH inflation🙄...well if so then why hasn't your burros shrunk it's a tortilla size 🙄🤦🏽♀️if your burrito hasn't shrunk then you cheese crisp shouldn't have....and then caldo de queso not made the same either you didn't even peel the potatoes and for the veggies you threw in Pico de gallo 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️cheese doesn't even melt 😲you have officially lost your touch I'm so disappointed!!! I will never be back

Delicious homemade floor tortillas. Lots of vegetarian choices including a pickled hibiscus breakfast burrito (machaca de jamaica) which I recommend. On the official Tucson gastronomy tour list. The sign and parking lot out front looks a bit sketchy, but it's good on the inside. Oh, and their horchata is heavenly.

Phenomenal place! I love my Mexican food, and this place really hits the spot. We catered food for our Christmas day get together and the food was absolutely great. Best beans I've ever had, I think. Food was ready on time as well. The tamales were awesome! Especially the green chile version. Machaca was great too. You really can't go wrong with Tania's.

The bacon and everything burrito what's the best breakfast burrito I've had in a long time. It is the first time I've had horchata coffee and it was excellent!

Paid damn near $15 for this "large" burrito... Their regular is usually this size. When I pointed it out to them, they offered to wrap it with another tortilla 😑 Not coming back. I love their food but they are not consistent with their portions. You never know what you're going to get. There's always a trade off like they don't stay stocked on everything either.
