Decided on a random Saturday to come here for a breakfast burrito a few months back and have been back every single Saturday since then, have also been going in on Thursday afternoons the last two weeks and will be making that a habit of mine as well.

I see people posting reviews on here complaining about the tortillas. Firstly, from my understanding it was perhaps just one person, or maybe a few, making the original tortillas and they retired. Secondly, i have yet to have one of the new tortillas rip on me, OR taste like paper.

Figure that so long as i am making money and living in the area i will keep coming here in support of a local business. Would write more in support but i tend to be long winded.

37$ for 3 large burritos wit bacon egg papa's. No cheese. I understand things go up but this is crazy and way over priced. I love tania's and the food but I guess ill have to save up a few weeks just to enjoy the food.

My personal opinion, this is the best Mexican restaurant/take out dinner in Tucson. The food is always amazing, friendly staff, everything is always so fresh. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Used to go here regularly I would even buy my staff burritos from here every other week but with the new tortillas I can no longer do that. I have tried multiple times since they changed tortillas but I can’t eat them they aren’t like the ones they had before. The new ones make my stomach hurt and I can’t finish my burrito I have heard others say they don’t like the new ones either. Sadly until they change tortillas I can’t go back anymore love the food but can’t say the same for these new tortillas.

The woman up front is very ruddddd. Nobody is nice or has respect for customers. Onions for a gallon of menudo is for one person, I asked for extra and they wanted to charge me $2.29 for a little bit. The tripe looked.likenit was cut by a 5 year old giant pieces like they didn't care sadddd. Won't go back I will go the extra couple of miles to Jaritos or Estrella

The cashier always has a tacky face and the fries in my burrito were raw

I grew up in the area and have been coming to Tanya's for along as I can remember. I hadn't been in the last 3 + years after a man, whom I believe was the owner, accused myof trying to pickup my order without paying. Made a huge loud scene until I produced my receipt. Then he just handed my back my bags without even a apology.
Decided to go back today for breakfast burritos and the food we got renewed my resolve to never go back. The flour tortillas were so dry the burritos fell apart as we tried to eat them. Idk how the even get stale tortillas with the qty they go thru. None of them, even the chorizo burritos, had any flavor. To top it off the burritos were $8 each and that was for the small.. There are far too many options within a 5-minute Drive offering better product sometimes even more economic.
