We had a lovely evening at Tavolino to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The food was wonderful and our server, Jerry, was very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Tavolino is the truly authentic first-class Italian restaurant in Tucson and a wonderful dining experience. The fresh made pasta is the Best! Cocktails and wines are excellent and very fairly priced.

We had our anniversary dinner at Tavolino last night. We've eaten there a few times before and always had a great experience. This time was no different. Both the service and food were excellent. We will return again.

Slow service. Food was good, not great. Probably a little expensive for the overall quality.

Tavolino has a good reputation so I have been hopeful the last two times visiting but neither has been great. The hostess didn't have a table ready, and provided a ten- fifteen mins wait time on top of our reservation. I think they over sat our servers section because, while he seemed good, we waited way too long to even place a cocktail order. Food was only ok; beef carpaccio, calamari and veal special. I think the restaurant does well with the foothills over 60 crowd because it is convenient and decent. I think I'll stick to their HH on the patio with pizza vs dinner going forward.

The service was poor our table settings for four people had one butter knife the time between asking and delivery for certain items was ridiculously long. We ask for a wine list that took two request and about 25 minutes I ask for crushed pepper. It never came. The food is well prepared. The pricing is fair. The ambience is great, but the service needs improvement. It took two hours and 15 minutes for us to get our food eat and get out of there with only one person having a single glass of wine, it should not have taken anywhere near that amount of time.

Servers were exceptionally slow and inattentive. Took 30 minutes to get wine and a cocktail. Martini glass was only 2/3 full. Servers need supervision and training. Osso bucco portion was small for the price. Espresso martini was excellent. Need to get act together before winter residents and visitors return.

We love this place! Food is excellent. The best calamari in town in my humble opinion. And the servers: Mathew and Edward so efficient and nice!

Food was not good nor were the drinks. This was supposed to be the better of the two Italian restaurants at the Foothills. It was a Mexican restaurant trying to be Italian.

The service was excellent. The food was good. The shrimp in my wife's Frute de mare was overcooked. The wine bottle prices are higher than many other restaurants. Overall the experience was good.

Great food and very authentic- I went with an Italian friend who swore that this was truly as close to his Nona's cooking as he has ever seen at a restaurant

Excellent food and very good service as usual BUT very noisy, distracting rather than “energetic.” We dine there far less often because of loud noise, making it difficult to engage in conversation.

The food was good — but, not exceptional; the table service was good, but seemed frenetic. This would not be high on my list for a repeat visit.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful food. The taste of familia and Italian traditions! We will return soon. Tutto era delizioso

For our first visit here, we celebrated our anniversary - and it did not disappoint! Outstanding service in a relaxing but very nice atmosphere. Service was superb and the food was delicious! From the custom cocktails and calamari to start, then the beet-infused ravioli (her) and chicken Marsala (me) it was fantastic! Warm bread and smooth olive oil accompanied the meal and we completed our visit with tiramisu and chocolate torte with house made whipped cream for dessert. Thank you for an amazing experience!
