We made reservations for a party of 11. Our table was ready and waiting. We had to ask for a drink menu. It was really sticky, most likely a margarita spilled on it. One person at our table ask for the Tableside Guacamole, then when we asked again we were told that they were too busy and short staffed. (Not many people in the place, no waiting to get in) Prickly pear margarita was great! Food was ok, though not authentic by any means. The server was a nice guy, though probably shouldn't have told us there wasn't enough staff for a tableside guac.

This is the very first time I have walked out of a restaurant and not left a tip of at least 20%. After waiting for over 20 minutes before a server came over to our table, we ordered our drinks, appetizer and food at the same time since we didn't want to chance it would take another 20 minutes before we would see our server again. We explicitly said we wanted our appetizer before our food. When we waited another 20 minutes and our drinks had yet to arrive, my friend went to the bar to retrieve our drinks. I had ordered a vodka tonic and it was a vodka soda. The "manager" saw my friend retrieving our drinks and apologized that she had to do that. Our appetizer and food arrived at the same time which is a pet peeve of mine but the appetizer was not very good so it didn't matter as we barely touched it. Our food was pretty good but we are not enjoying it because the service is so bad and I am still sitting there without a drink because it is not what I ordered. Our server finally shows back up and asks how we are doing when I tell her that my drink is a vodka soda and not a vodka tonic and she just says "Okay" and walks away! She can clearly see I am not drinking it and yet she doesn't offer to replace it with the correct drink. Our bill arrives and my drink is on the bill which I assumed it would be since the server is so inept. Our total was $57 and change and we left $60 and this was a generous tip considering how bad the service was that we had received

I loved the mild and the hot. The chips were also very good and they came out warm. Down: We waited over 45 minutes to have someone return to our table after the chips were dropped off. Servers and managers kept walking by telling us they would be with us soon. Menus were dirty. Down: The woman who took our order recommended that we all eat at the taco bar $14 or we may not eat. At this point we were there for almost an hour and 15 minutes. A friend went to look at the taco bar. Not a lot of items and it wasn't being replenished. So we took our chances and ordered. Up: Chips and salsa came out when we asked for more. Down: When are food arrived, almost everyone's order was wrong. People ordered complete meals with rice and beans and only received their two tacos on different small plates. When my fajita salad came out $9 it was only lettuce, avocado slices, and the taco shell. When I told our server that it was missing onions, peppers, and cheese she double checked. However, she did promptly bring out the items that were missing. Up: The food was pretty good. After the kinks were worked out it wasn't bad. Verdict: I probably won't be back but it's a shame because there was definitely some high points.

After we were seated for 30 minutes and still never offered drinks or chips we finally flagged down a waiter in another room to help us that was very nice. He did get us waters and take our order... which still took 45 minutes to get out. They had an entire restaurant full of upset people at the terrible service. We were attending a show that we were 40 minutes late for...and still didn't get to enjoy our food as we had to try and see a few minutes of the show we paid for. Ringo was amazing (the waiter we flagged down) but every other part of the experience was terrible. Definitely don't recommend.

Love stopping in for dinner whenever we are at the casino. However, we found out that come July, there will be an Italian restaurant moving in and the Tequila Factory will be out. Will miss their margarita specials!

Should be so much better........the decor is lovely, the possibilities are endless, but it falls short. Tucson is known for its Mexican cuisine, and this place needs to step up, seriously! I've been here a handful of times over the past few years, and every time have been disappointed in the food. It's obvious that they aren't striving to create memorable entrees. The salsa is ok, but it also needs improvement. Tequila Factory won an award for its Hielo Verde Margarita, in the 2018 World Margarita Championship. The drink is Don Julio tequila, dry curacao, classic citrus, salted paco jet ice and mezcal-cucumber-tomatillo. I got to sample the margarita, and it was very good! Other margaritas I've had here have just been ok. The restaurant also has a bar, and if they still have happy hour, that may be worth checking out.

My wife and I had dinner here last night. We split a plate of chicken flautas and a taco. Overall the food is decent, however compared to what else is on the side of town I think there are better Mexican food options. If you're at the casino and dying for some Mexican food, it feels the need. Our server was fantastic and had great knowledge. He knew the specials and took care of us.

The waiter made a food suggestion for the companies rellenos which were amazing. We did have to wait for the food a bit longer than I like but it arrived hot and tasted great. I'll go back.
Food was awesome. The fish Vercruz & the Shrimp & Chorizo Molcajete were wonderful. Service was excellent even on Super Bowl night.

Was a little nervous about this place before going after reading reviews, whatever the slow service issue was they fixed it. The food was great and the portions were generous. Loved the margarita too. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is bring the chips and salsa before bringing anything to drink, not even water.

Long wait for everything! We ordered drinks at the bar that never arrived at our table. Waited a while (1/2 hr) to place order and at least another 1/2 hr before our food came. Food was ok to decent. Very disappointing.

This place is terrible, we wait long time for service, one of my friend is began and she advice this manager about it, he did not recommended nothing for her (They sell guacamole salsa and we did not noticed till other table had it made it in their table) but was too late to ask for it. No only that when her corn came it had mayo on it (she special request was no cheese or any animal product on Her meal)...we advice the waitresses that it will be a separate check.. They separated the bill on the cashiers waiting 5 or 10 min each person...it wa a very bad experience...if you want to go to this casino and restaurants think twice there really have bad service, they rude, they have very wire rules, every time I go there is a regrets
