First time here and Wow!!!! I wasn't even planning on going here until I stop by for another option but saw them in the parking lot and thought it was unique. Never seen a sushi food truck before.
I bought the spicy tuna roll because it's one of my favorites and I have to admit as I was looking at the price I was like $22 for one roll seems like a bit much. I don't know what I was expecting but it was definitely NOT the small same old same old spicy tuna roll. LOOK AT THAT THANG!!! It's huge. That is a tempura fried? roll stuffed with crab salad and cucumber with I can only describe as tuna tartar along the entire dish and drizzled with spicy mayo. Yes just drizzled ... I know my favorite part about the spicy tuna roll is the spicy mayo ... so they give you an entire extra side!! Along with the regulars ginger, wasabi, and teriyaki.
...BUT wait !!! There's more! Tucked away in the back corner is a little jalapeño? pepper salad with more crab on top. Great combination of the spicy pepper and the cool crab salad to fight back.
Kudos! To the owners of this truck. I will definitely be trying out another before I leave back to Texas .... any suggestions Terisushi Food Truck???

The food portions very generous and the sides were fantastic!
Prices are reasonable, plus the food is so worth it.

Staff friendly. Sushi did not taste fresh, had Rainbow Roll and was terrible!I Fried rice was large portion and was ok. Would not recommend this place and will not go back.

Ordered here for the first time last week and was not disappointed at all! I NEVER write reviews but I have to for this place. First of all, I door dashed my meals and it took longer than expected but no fault of the food truck. My food was still so warm and my fried sushi was not soggy at all. I will order here every. single. time. And you should too. 10/10 recommend!

Best place ever! We ordered our first time on the 23rd of May and we were shocked how amazing it tasted. We had the Ramen, play boy sushi, and the steak and rice meals it was so amazing we had to go see the place our selves the next day. Ally greeted us and she is the SWEETEST thank you for my Birthday ice cream and Chris the cook you are amazing man! Great service!

Price is goin up by the day wit them. Less then a years ago they were charging 12 a roll. Now there 15$ and soda 3 dollars for a damn can? Come on guys stop raising the price every other month 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
The one thing I would suggest is to mark the food so the customer knows what each order is. The three times I've been here I've had to guess which order is which because even after picking up the food the only thing they told me was The Tucson Roll doesn't have crab. 🤷

Food exactly what I expected as Japanese. I’ve eaten at several restaurants labeled Asian or Japanese, by far Terisushi is the most authentic by far I’ve eaten across the South West.

This review is mainly in regards to their order process on DoorDash. They have amazing food but the prices aren't consistent. Most recently, they increased their coupon on DoorDash from 20% off $15 to 25% off (I assume for Black Friday). I go to order and I'm wondering why the price didn't actually decrease. It's because they raised the prices of the food, then increased the coupon, making it so you're not actually getting a real discount. I'm grateful, as they don't have to offer discounts, but when you add a coupon and increase the prices, it feels disingenuous. Again, great food, just not as honest when it comes to pricing.
