We were headed to an event on campus and decided to detour east to have dinner at this Texas Roadhouse before the event. We wanted to use up a gift card that we had been carry for awhile. This was our first trip to this Roadhouse. It is conveniently located off of Wilmont near the Park Place Mall. There is plenty of off-street free parking. We went at around 5:00 and while the restaurant was already busy, we were able to be seated right away. When we left an hour later, there was a line and wait time. We were shown to our table and given the famous dinner rolls with honey butter as we sat down. We requested water and I must say it was some of the best tasting water I've been served. The menu has a variety of items. I decided to order the catfish since you often see that on menus. It was a three piece meal. Fish was perfectly breaded and fried and served with two sides. I order the side salad and it was like a meal by itself -- large and loaded with stuff. The steak fries were also tasty. The food was served fairly quickly. My wife ordered from the kid's menu and got the ribs with a side of green beans. She thought the ribs were dry and the green beans too oniony. We both had leftovers to take with us. Our total bill was about $33. The staff was friendly and efficient though I wish they would have done a more frequent water refill. This Texas Roadhouse had a fun vibe. Some of the wait staff did a little line dance when a favorite song came on. We look forward to returning to this Texas Roadhouse!

Ignore the response from the owner - I accidentally rated a 3 star when I meant 5! Everything you would expect from a Texas Roadhouse. Great customer service. Fun atmosphere. Generous portions. Tasty food. Delicious margs. Great for both in person dining and to go.

This place really needs to get it together! Nobody seems to have any idea what is going on, placed a to go order and had to wait an entire hour because somebody dropped the ball, then talked to the manager, but he could give two craps less, obviously as he was very un apologetic basically self entitled in giving me my food whenever they decided they wanted to and after I had already paid for it too! Extremely Disappointing Bad experience!

Had a 32oz Ribeye, believe they saturated my steak in the great salt lake for a month before grilling it! Not to mention the huge salad that comes with it was given a really small cup of ranch dressing! I've ate at several roadhouses in the past, however Tucson was the worst by far!

Updated from previous review the owner reached out and addressed the problem from the night a app coupon wasn't honore, a steak not being the proper weight and a off night from the waitress. Like I say it's not if a problem occurs it's how it's handled.

Horrible waiting time did a reservation was told 30 mins waited over a hour .. half my party had to leave due to waiting called to talk to manager was placed on hold for 10 mins then got hung up on ... do not recommend this spot.
