Idk what’s going on here, but every time I get buffalo spot I have a bad experience. I ordered from DD tonight and we were missing our Drink that was almost $5. I let the dasher know and she said there may have been a glitch with the app because a drink wasn’t showing on our order. Not sure how true that is but whatever. When we got our food the fries were on the plastic lid with foil for the top. It looks like maybe they ran out of the red containers they normally have, but my bf’s order of fries was about half the size of mine and we ordered the same size. I understand how busy this spot gets and they are always understaffed which I’m sure contributes to the negative experiences people have here. But when you’re spending as much money as you do, we need to get better and more consistent quality food/orders. My order was $40 tonight and that was with a 15% discount on the app, that’s too much money for subpar service and food, let alone to be missing items.

Food was disgusting and ridiculously overpriced. Workers provided horrible customer service - you could hear them cussing and gossiping in the back. No soap in the dirty bathrooms - made us question how do employees wash their hands?

Great customer service. I have been to Buffalo spot several times and Patricia is the one who is always helping me. She is so kind and even when they were short staff the last time I went she did a great job. She even came out to clean and asked if we were doing fine. Thank you Patricia ☺️ whoever was cooking that day, a lady she did an awesome job too, very fast.

My co-workers and I decided to give it a shot. We went for lunch and it was a huge dissapointment. Food was cold: chicken and fries seemed to be sitting there for a while. We had to ask for a refund because it was impossible to eat it. Employees were nice and understanding but we will never eat there again.

I've been to this location twice and the customer service is awful! They are understaff and the act like no one is there trying to place an order. I've been to the locations in Phoenix and the experience has been amazing like if it was a totally different franchise. Here in Tucson the place also seems messy; It is like employees don't even care about the customers neither the place. Oh and I wanted to place an order for pick up and they were not able to take my order over the phone, the guy suggested to do it through door dash.

Chicken was unrecognizable, rubbery and cold. Fries were soggy and cold. It was delivered using Door Dash but it wasn't their fault. I attempted to call to complain but no one picked up the phone. 6pm on a weeknight....

I would go here quite frequently while visiting the alma mater (U of A) with the food usually tasting good. However, my most recent visit on August 20, 2023 is making me want to no longer visit this restaurant after the way I was treated. First of all, when the 7 foot cashier named Francisco asked for my name for my order, I told him my name was Carl and even spelled it out for him, but when I checked my receipt he wrote it down as Carnel which I found to be insulting and disrespectful even after I told Francisco how my name was spelled. Then, my order sat on the counter for 5 minutes with nobody telling me my order was ready until another employee came out from nowhere to help. I used to like this place but it’s gone downhill recently and after my most recent experience, consider this the end of my business with this establishment.
