Uhmmm got 4 tiny, I mean minuscule drops of tuna it didn’t even taste like tuna because it was so small it wasn’t enough to taste like anything
Never going back way over priced big time!!! Need a loan to eat dinner there

Went tonight for dinner, received a burned dry burger. Server said tthe kitchen manager said it was because I'd ordered it well done. So didn't get dinner. Thankfully they don't screw up the cheesecake so at least I got dessert. Very disappointed. The taste and quality and service of food at Tucson Mall has declined immensely in the past few years.

12/14 I usually love it here, which is why I drove 30 mins to have dinner with my cousin.

Beginning to end- HORRIBLE service!!

Our order (there were only 2 in our party)
Drinks
- A chilled shot of Kettle One
- A specialty vodka/ lemonade cocktail from their menu
- Water for my cousin because she never returned to ask my what she'd like to drink

A runner brought our app, and it was delicious. The server brought my salad dressing because she 'noticed that the salad was just about ready.' That turned out to be inaccurate.

We had dirty appetizer plates and empty drink glasses on our small two-top booth for quite some time, but no one came by to clear them. Finally, the server came to the table behind us and started walking away without even passing by our table. I got her attention and asked her to refill the empty water glasses, which she did and quickly turned to leave. I had to get her attention AGAIN and asked her to remove the dirty dishes. She did, after I asked her to. A different runner brought the entrees, and they were barely warm.

About 10 mins later another runner brought my salad - no croutons. I asked him for croutons, which he brought. The server finally returns to the table next to us, again- not our table. I once again got her attention and stated that we didn't have steak knives. She brought ME a knife but neglected to bring one for my cousin. For the first time in the 15 minutes since the entrees arrived, she asked how the food was... WOW!!

She returned with a steak knife 5 mins later, and about 10 after that with a dessert menu... I was expecting the check when she handed me the menu. I declined dessert and requested boxes and the check.

The bill arrived and I was charged $16.95 for the shot, which didn't seem accurate. I went to the bar and spoke with the bartender. The shot is $12.95, but I was charged for a double... he asked if that was okay. No! That was not okay! He said he'd have the manager take care of it.

Apparently the manager couldn't be bothered because the bartender came to our table and said, "we can't legally discount alcohol, so it's a $4 meal comp." I told him I wouldn't typically care, but the service was horrible. His response was, "I've heard 35 stories tonight - I get it." He then just turned and walked away.

I'm still in shock. NEVER AGAIN, CHEESECAKE FACTORY!

I had to add to my review! I've been reading the 'Owner' response to reviews with unhappy customers. It's always the same regurgitation of advising customers to inform management.

A couple things are rather frustrating. First is the fact that in my experience, I tried to involve management, but they had zero interest in hearing my complaint. I was specifically told that management would be informed of my issue. They didn't come by and address anything that I was upset about. What to do then?

Second, the owner response does not acknowledge that staff made guests feel unheard. I suppose it's not a problem the owner is worried about.

There are HUNDREDS of choices for dining, and many are far less expensive. Given the fact that we choose to spend our hard earned money at this establishment, a bit more understanding and genuine concern for grievances might possibly make a difference in whether we return, or if we choose to share our bad experience online as well as tell everyone we know.

Incredible menu, almost too many choices. The well-mannered Martini is awesome! Chicken Ramano is my favorite dish, but I've tried many dishes. They were all great.

I had the reeses cheesecake and it's so so yummy my friend had the celebration cheesecake and it also was yummy but not as good as mine lol. This location is very busy but great customer service.

Vegetarian options: Lot of Salads, customized pastas, pizza, cheese cakes for vegetarians. If you are vegan may be salad choices are very good
