We went to Cheese cake factory at tucson mall, 2 incident happened, first the spoons seems not washed properly 2 spoons, which i let it pass, we ordered appetizer with my pregnant wife, guest what she found 2 inch minimum plastic with AP writing. We just walked away and paid what we aet and declined the gift card. I was checking the reviews it seems the norm for this branch
And more thing they took the food, i told them if i can keep it on my table, they told us they need to take it to the manager, but return the food on my table after so i can take more photo of the plastic and food.. the manager went back and food in question didnt showed up.
I’ve been to few cheesecake factory unfortunately this one needs inprovement. Its a safety issue

I walked into this location on a Friday night in a very busy area of tucson with a crowded parking lot and no reservation. The fact that I was seated in less than 10 minutes was truly impressive. This might have been the most well-run Cheesecake Factories I have been to. Food arrived in a timely manner. Our server did an excellent job through the process, and while very busy, I could not point to one issue with our service. Great job crew.

My pregnant girlfriend and I went in on a Friday for dinner and ended up getting terrible food poisoning. When we called in to report the situation the manager said she was sorry and that corporate may reach out. There was no offer for a refund until I asked. After spending $200 on getting food poisoning I felt it was a fair ask. She offered a gift card, when I told her we would no longer be dining there after this experience she said she could refund the items that possibly got us sick not to include drinks or cheesecake. If you’re going to spend this kind of money on dinner I highly recommend going anywhere else.
Healty option of lettuce wrap burger was a great suggestion by the server. All the food came at the same time, everything was hot and tasty. Kids menu is also available with good options. The wait for the food was alittle long but worth the time.
