I walked into this location on a Friday night in a very busy area of tucson with a crowded parking lot and no reservation. The fact that I was seated in less than 10 minutes was truly impressive. This might have been the most well-run Cheesecake Factories I have been to. Food arrived in a timely manner. Our server did an excellent job through the process, and while very busy, I could not point to one issue with our service. Great job crew.
Healty option of lettuce wrap burger was a great suggestion by the server. All the food came at the same time, everything was hot and tasty. Kids menu is also available with good options. The wait for the food was alittle long but worth the time.
It is darker in this restaurant. I won't sit down & eat here. Last time we saw tables getting their food before us, even though we ordered before them... Go for the cheesecake!
