Was there for the live music which was awesome. Sat on the patio and the service was great. We both had the cob salad. Had to take some home, very delicious.

Not what I would call cozy, but the food and drinks were excellent! Our server Adam was very thoughtful and professional

Why can't this place open earlier and stay open late for the bar? People like to have a drink late!! Doesnt matter if it's a hotel. People come from outside to eat at hotels. I their own city!

Every first and third Thursday of the month, live music is presented at 6 pm playing to an adult crowd for a couple hours, I got a buzz drinking Sprite while letting the world spin without me on duty. Refreshing is what it is.

Lackluster presentation and preparation. Ordered shrimp cocktail it was not fresh wrapped it in a tissue from my purse since the waitress was MIA. let her know it wasn't fresh one even had really terrible discoloration and she left it on my bill and when brought to her attention she said she could only give half off because one was gone. Unbelievable whatever happened to just making it right had she come back in a timely manner I was going to order something else. Pork Souvlaki was Lackluster also pita and tortilla aren't the same guys... oh and the drink was well tequila and they charged me for Don Julio smh. I'll keep venturing out because although It's on the hotel property, it is a convenient inconvenience

I would give this an absolute 0 star if I could, but this is definitely the worst place to go to if you want a relaxed and stress free weekend. Its was very loud and low staffed only one staff member for the whole floor. Over an hour for the food to even be ordered. Only saving grace was the waitress (only person on the floor) was kind.

I cannot rave enough about this place! It was my first time dining with them and it was lunchtime. I got the chicken and havarti sandwich with fries. They brought me a selection of condiments to use. The staff was super friendly and helped me when I started to choke due to a health issue I already have and brought me fresh fries, bun and condiments when I ruined mine after only a few bites. They really went above and beyond in terms of service. As to the food itself all I can say is OMG AMAZING!!!

The hotel staff is rude! No club like they say, they are only want you to buy from the restaurant, if you don’t do that you can eat anywhere in the hotel!! The hotel en general is very dirty!

A great attentive staff that really caters to the weary traveler. The kitchen staff does a great job delivering the goods! Hope to get an assignment and see the band on Cinco DeMayo (5/5)… should be a great time at the Glowball.
