Party of 5 showed up about 11:50am. Restaurants looked empty, there were about 10 other customers in the restaurant. The hostess took about 3 minutes to come greet us and said she was going to push a couple of tables together for us. She then spent the next 6 or 7 minutes moving around the kitchen/prep area, making drinks, and talking to the cook. She never made any effort to move tables or seat us. We decided to leave after standing at the front door for around 10 minutes because It felt like they didn’t want to serve us lunch. 2 stars because the restaurant smelled good and I liked the saddles and blankets.

Asked for the most tender steak well done I asked for no red. They give me the most hard, no flavor and red steak they could. :( I will never come back.

Outstanding Prime Rib Dinner with broccoli and mashed potatoes and gravy. Quick wait time and server hand made creamy horse radish sauce.

We have come here several times in the past, but this place has gone down hill. We walked in to a restaurant full of dirty tables and were put on a small wait until they were cleaned. Sat there for 40 minutes while the staff just hung out talking. Food seems to have lower quality, we ordered a medium steak, it was more than well done. When I mentioned it to the server, she said, oh sorry and left. Had to ask for silverware, refills, bread. Don’t think we will be back. For the cost, service should be so much better.

Was underwhelmed with the food and cocktails. Potato skins were barely room temperature and cold in the cent er. Nothing special about the steaks, mesquite flavor was good but the steaks weren't prepared to order and dry. I expected much better considering the prices for the food.

I had a surprise party for my husband last night! It was the perfect atmosphere, very reasonably priced and sooo much fun!! The staff and Steve the manager are the sweetest most helpful people and nothing was too much to do and they made anything I wanted work! The theme of the party was western and the decor was perfect and everyone dressed cowboy and cowgirl!! It definitely will be remembered forever!!

Lovely Tucson gem. This place has great drinks and great service. Perfect place to bring out of town guests with plenty of parking. Local spirits and beers available. Great bar area to catch up with friends for happy hour and a seating area separated by the kitchen for family meals.

Our waitress was very nice. The food was good. Quiet small restaurant. I understand they seem to be going through some changes. Some items were not available. Wouldn’t bash them with an 1 star review. Overall I would try again.

I’ve been a regular at the Horseshoe Grill since covid when they sold food for takeout on the patio and that’s when i fell in love with it. The manager Kathy, the chef Andy, and all the other amazing server’s, busser’s and staff, were like no other restaurant I have ever been to. It became my husband and I’s favorite restaurant in town. Just recently we got back from vacation and went to our favorite restaurant only to find out that Kathy had left, and Andy got fired. We also found our new owners took over. Immediately we were already disappointed as we knew the service or food wasn’t going to be the same. Although our server was friendly, this restaurant has gone really down hill from the last time we came in that was in September. The food was not the same at all and awful to say the least, thought I would mention they were also out of brisket, pulled pork, T-bones, and ribeyes to my knowledge (who knows what other stuff they were out of that night). Safe to say we will no longer ever go to our favorite restaurant again.

Not happy at all. The horseshoe grill use to be my favorite restaurant. I loved the staff and the food. Tell me why the past 2 weeks I have gone, they are out of everything. I should have went hunting for my own meat if I knew they would be out of everything. The new management/owners have gone so down hill. They probably found Jack and Jill down that hill. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. Things changed and not for the better. Best of luck horseshoe.

Excellant experience! We were a party of 17 celebrating my mom's 82nd birthday. I adjusted the reservation 3 times prior to arriving. Kathy was accommodating every time. Everyone loved their food! Our server was STELLAR!
