This place is dirty. The bathrooms were incredibly filthy. Extremely expensive. No healthy choices whatsoever. Not very good service, four, the expense of the evening. Extremely unhealthy. With no healthy choices.

I love that The Korean Rose offers vegan pastries from Houlden’s. The service is always great, and they always offer to toast the pastries for me.

As a new mom, I was excited to see the “Woman Owned Business” sticker on the door thinking maybe there would be a changing table in the bathroom. However, I was disappointed when neither gender neutral bathroom had one.
I know Tucson is hot in the summer, but typically restaurants and business provide respite from the heat. It was HOT and muggy inside and there were lots of mosquitoes. I enjoyed my boba tea but I think I will wait until it cools down before thinking about visiting again.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available. Access is toward the back of the parking lot where the handicap parking is.
Doors are not automatic nor do they have handicap/ADA button

Great place to get some drinks before or after visiting the Korean BBQ restaurant next door.
The staff is kind, the atmosphere is welcoming and the drinks are great while being well priced. (Ft. in this post is the Thai Iced Tea). I would highly recommend this place to anyone local or visiting the area.

The Korean Rose has a nice atmosphere and it’s in a great location. Always like their brown sugar milk tea. They have a huge space and it’s a great spot to cool off when it’s hot outside!

Not sure if I caught them during an off day, but as of June 2024 the quality has dropped so much since I've visited the last dozen of times since 2023.
I always order milk tea, yesterday when I got my order it came out lukewarm and had a mix of raw and brittle boba mixed in with overcooked boba, missing the chewyness we all enjoy. Not to mention, the flavor was also quite watered down. Needless to say I was quite disappointed. I would rate lower but I don't feel it's the absolute worst boba in town. At least the staff are friendly.
Also, not a deal breaker, but they do not use the fancy cups they show in photographs in the front counter.
I've seen many boba shops come and go and most seem to have similar issues occur. Either they need to find a way to stand out or simply go back to how they use to run things, I see this estate becoming part of Tucson's bygone businesses.
Wonderful dinner! Great service

I usually love this place but they messed up my order, and when I told them they rang me up again for the second drink, despite me not taking the first one. Now I just paid for two drinks, only one of which I kept, because of their mistake. I should’ve just said no, but I went with it expecting to get a refund or something? But no. I’m leaving with one drink that I paid for twice.

Backing up with what my sister said. We get there at 10am as in the pictures attached their website and google says they open at 10am not 11am. Let me also point out, there was no hours sign on the doors when we walked up to them. We walked through the glass doors as they were opened. The waitress notices us standing in the front after several minutes. And just says we don't open until 11am and that we can serve you at 11am.
First of all both your website and google says 10am. You need to have this posted on your doors and update both the websites for current accuracy. Due to this, our first and last experience with this place was unpleasant. We wanted to try something new and get out of our comfort zone. It's not like we were rude or anything. We were just confused as the staff said one thing when the website was saying something else.
I don't think many people would go here and want to experience wasting their time on such a matter, because the business cannot get their stories and hours aligned.
We will happily take ourselves elsewhere. As being punctual is what we stand on and unfortunately we only had to experience this as other customers before us were experience other things wrong with the restaurant when they were actually served.
We were looking forward to this for a while and things were just sour throughout it all.

This place really needs to update their opening hours. My sister and I were attempting to try something new and experience a different style of eating, however, it was soured upon entry. I was informed, whom I assume was a waitress, that they don't open until 11am. This is false advertisement on not only Google but their WEBSITE?! I don't know who runs this place but in order to serve incoming customers they should really keep up with the hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere and inform others to not go here especially when their hours can't be accurate enough to inform people willing to try their food.

If i could give 0 stars for customer service, i would. The woman at the register was so rude and absolutely no help at all. Plus she had such an ugly attitude like she hates her job or life. I will probly Never go back
