I spent $50 on a scheduled DoorDash order on Christmas and waited nearly three hours. After the delivery window passed, I called the store and was told they had “turned off” DoorDash. If that were actually true, my order would never have been accepted or left sitting unfulfilled for hours. Instead of any explanation or accountability, I was met with total indifference. One star. Merry Christmas.
My mom and I went to Korean Rose on a very slow night. There was only one other customer in the shop. We ordered our drinks and sat down to wait. After about 20 minutes, we realized we still hadn’t gotten our order. We looked around and noticed the employee who took our order was in the back. She was white, with brown hair & eyes and wore her hair in a braid. Her name was Emilia Q.
We went up to the register and waited until she eventually came out. She looked at us blankly before realizing she had already taken our order and said, “Oh, are you waiting on your drinks?” We said yes, and she told us to give her a minute. She then started making a drink, but it turned out to be for the only other customer in the store, not us. She disappeared to the back again for another 10 minutes.
When she finally came out, I calmly asked if our drinks were going to be made. She immediately became defensive, saying she was making fresh boba and that she was the only one working, with a noticeable attitude. I apologized that she was alone but explained that some communication would have gone a long way instead of disappearing twice without saying anything.
I ended up asking for a refund. When I tried to explain why the situation was frustrating, she was dismissive, walked away as I was speaking and did not apologize. The customer service was neutral at first but turned cold as soon as concerns were brought up. Overall, the lack of communication and poor response made for a disappointing experience.

I’m a bobaholic, and boba connoisseur ! Let me tell you, this place is solid. From the service to the different flavors, this is definitely one of the good boba spots in town!

It was my first time having Korean BBQ and it was good. Its all you can eat and the meat tasted relatively fresh.

Its a nice place to get coffee and cold drinks at night they have lot of collections we really enjoyed our drinks my daughters came from Chicago and from Houston both really enjoyed 👍very friendly staff

My kids love to try their flavors of the month. They're tasty & original. My fave is the Shmang. We've hung out for a li'l while with a couple of family members. They too enjoyed their drinks - the Psycho especially. The place is simple yet comfortable.

The staff didn't seem too pleased to take our order after chatting with the customers before us. The drinks were aesthetically pleasing but didn't have much flavor to them.
I ordered a matcha tea with oat milk. No matcha at all in the drink, the color was translucent.

Great food! The bulgogi fries were delicious and the strawberry milk tea with boba was really good a little pricey but definitely worth it!

Sady this place stop doing most of their normal bobas, not many places you can get normal boba and not just pure sugar drinks... Deepy sadden me but the place is still great just lost all my frov drinks... Only left with one, map of the soul..if any higher up/owner read this plz bring back some of the old ones of possible. Your still awesome just miss them

Love Korean rose but yesterday 05/31/2025 we had a lady with short blonde hair almost like a gentleman haircut who had super horrible customer service as soon as we got in she made us wait a bit for her to finish what she was doing then anything we ordered she said she couldn’t do blended but a smoothie but blended is the same thing so she would confuse us then she said she couldn’t add tea in when every boba shop you get adds tea in your boba without questioning anything then to top it off she can’t except a 20 for a little rip that was tapped up, that I got at an atm because she said the bank wouldn’t expect it, mind you after we put it in an atm and had to go out of are way to do that to pay back our friend who had to get us! She was horrible and annoying, hope no one experiences her, also you legaly have to except a bill at 60 percent of the bill for future you lady who is horrible at customer service

I have now tried twice during lunch to spend my money here. In both instances we were not met at all, When we were met the hostess was cold at best. Both times we were told it would be a fifteen minute Wait. As I.
Stood up front.I could not see a single customer.I'm sure there were some. I wish I could give An opinion about the food but I never was able to get near it.. At this point I will not come back again. What a terrible shame, Because this is a great concept and i'm sure the food is wonderful, But a whole lot.
