Was working downtown for the day, and it was the only place open, had heard about it before and this was the perfect opportunity. Large seating area inside and out on the patio or even bar seating. They have a wide array of menu items, from breakfast to pizza and burgers. It is counter service and will bring it to your table. I had the vegetarian burger with fries and a drink. While the burger was tasty, it was missing something, maybe a spicy spread or something. Definitely will be back to try the pizza or breakfast. Went back a few days ago had the turkey club on foccia omg that bread was heavenly!

They moved our outdoor reservation indoors without notice, and served ok testing food lukewarm by the time plates arrived.
Nice atmosphere, but unisex shared bathroom sinks are a bit unorthodox, starling a mother / daughter duo and causing me to make a recheck of the door sign 😂

I went to the restaurant for dinner the first time yesterday and it was a very frustrating experience. No one is explainning the concept to customers: neither the greeter nor is there any instructions on the menue how it all works at this place. I walked into the place thinking it's a regular restaurant and waited ..and waited for a server. After 15min I asked the other table and they told me that there is NO SERVICE. You need to get to a cashier to put in an order. I ordered a drink and a main - BOTH ORDERS CAME OUT WRONG... and for the utensils you need to beg as well. This place is not very well organized. The party next to me was also there the first time and ran into the same issue and frustration and they asked me for direction how this place work. Food was only ok. have at least a floor manager or supervisor around who can take care of things and not only food runners. Will not go again.

Love coming here with friends and Family. We recently Enjoyed a family Thanksgiving Dinner her and it was amazing. They always have plenty of helpful staff to accommodate large parties. The food is always amazing and the service is superb. Game days are always a blast at the Monica with a well stocked bar and plenty of tasty foods. Our kids love the pizettas and enjoy the outside area. Thank you :)

The Monica is that downtown spot everyone talks about -- and now I totally get why. I came for an outdoor fitness event and ended up falling in love with the restaurant just as much as the workout. Their menu runs from bright, refreshing açaà bowls to hearty breakfast plates, and they are absolutely vegan- and vegetarian-friendly. The vegan tamale? Divine. Like, don't-skip-it level good. The whole space has this indoor/outdoor vibe that's airy, fun, and effortlessly cool, plus they've got a full bar to round it all out. It's no surprise this place is a local favorite -- I'm officially a fan too.
