My family and I went on Thursday night and had a great experience. At first we couldn't figure out how to order but staff members were very nice and walked us through the process. You can either order through the QR code on the table or up at the counter. We decided to order at the counter, the lady at the register was very friendly and helpful, it seems everyone enjoys working there. The ambiance is lovely and the place is beautiful, even the restrooms are pretty and everything very clean. Food was very tasty, fresh and delicious. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, it's a must try! My mom had the Far East Noodles with Korean steak, she loved it. They have options for everyone, from salads to burgers, pastas, pizzettas, wings, mini chimis, etc. And their patio is pet friendly! We had been wanting to try The Monica for a while and it didn't dissapoint. We will be going back for sure!

I had a great experience at The Monica in downtown Tucson, thanks in large part to our server, Britney. I mistakenly assumed a couple of spritzes I ordered were part of the \$5 happy hour menu. When the bill came and I realized the Campari spritz wasn’t included, it could’ve turned into an awkward or even contentious moment. But Britney handled it with absolute professionalism and grace.
She took responsibility, didn’t make a big deal of it, and resolved the situation quickly and respectfully—no need to escalate or wait for a manager. That kind of service is rare and worth recognizing. Thank you, Britney, for turning a potential hiccup into a positive moment. You’re a true pro.

We ordered the Meat at Monica Pizzetta, and it was absolutely delicious 🤤. Seen in the pictures are also the two mocktails from the bar.
The restaurant has seating options to match every vibe, from private booths to relaxed couches, along with both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s well-lit and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
We really loved our time there💕

This place has been on my radar for a while but never had the chance to get downtown to try it. It was delicious and worth the wait. The vibe and atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. The ordering took a moment to figure out as you have the option to do it through a QR code, where you can open a tab and then close your tab.
Amazing service (thanks Stacey!) and really great smoked salmon toast. The turkey chili was inexplicable however. Slightly salty grey dishwater with hunks of grey brown cooked ground turkey. YUCK. Still like the place and the staff a lot.

First time going for lunch with my sister and had the turkey blt sandwich with a side of fries and wasn't too impressed, my fries was cold and tasted like they were sitting there for a while and the service couldn't really tell since we scanned the qr code and ordered through there but did confirm that we had the wrong cups for the drinks, I guess we had the water cups,, so for my first time wasn't too thrilled about it sadly.
