Very expensive. The food was good. However, bacon could have been cooked longer.

Great spot in downtown Tucson. I usually grab the Two Up Two Down—simple, solid food before starting the workday. It’s also a good place to go when you need to get out of the office for a bit and clear your head.

The food was solid, but for some reason you can make a reservation here when it's counter service - doesn't make sense. If you are going to have a QR code and a paper menu, make sure they are in sync, especially when there is a line and the paper menus are at the register. Woman at the register didn't like hearing about that and had 0 patience about hearing it. Maybe they just couldn't handle parents weekend.

Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disorganized and horrible service.
The place is being there since November and they clearly don’t understand the hospitality business.
Instead of letting people know that the orders will take long, they instead just let it ride assuming that nobody will say anything.
I was accompanied of an elder person in my party, my wife and my son.
We waited for over an hour for nothing.
I was not the only one either.
People were leaving as well due to the same issue.
Apparently the owner was there and she seemed oblivious to the situation and didn’t even know what to say. No consideration to people’s time.
I left very upset and I will spread my “wonderful “ experience at this business.
If are thinking about going there, DON’T.
Look at the reviews.
While we were waiting I asked other people how was their food and I got the same answer 3 times. “Not that good”
This is another example of someone that decided to buy a restaurant but they have no clue to what they are doing.
I give it 6 months for them to close.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Fair warning, the dinner menu that they are serving is not the same as what's on their website. It's a pared down version with very few vegan/vegetarian options. We've been there several times for brunch and were fairly happy but getting there for dinner and having only a single salad as an option was super disappointing.

Came here today 8/31/2025 for my birthday and I wish I never did. When we walked in the guy working the register didn’t acknowledge us and was short with me when I asked a question. He also rolled his eyes at me. The food was okay and it cost $21 for one piece of waffle and one piece of chicken breast. My little sister asked the same guy for a to go box and he literally couldn’t be bothered. Please train your workers to have patience and empathy. I don’t know why people with no customer service skills even work in such environment. Such a cold environment nobody was welcoming so we felt out of place.

The atmosphere and ambiance are awesome, we came for brunch on a Sunday there was no need for reservations and there was no wait, the staff was awesome and kind. I got the chicken + waffle and although it was suppose to be a prickly pear waffle I’m pretty sure they used the lemon pancake batter cause my waffle just tasted like lemon which was disappointing because I’m not a lemon person. Also, for the $21 price point I expected more than a single chicken tender/thigh. It was fried and seasoned nicely though and the lavender matcha was delicious. I would come back to try their dinner menu and enjoy the live music however I would not order the chicken + waffle again.

Easy location, free parking right on the street on Sundays. Great bakery items. Breakfast is always good.

Went in for brunch and was surprised that it wasn’t busy for 1130 on a Saturday. The young lady who greeted us explained perfectly how to order. Our food came out in good time, we ordered the two eggs combo. The lox and bagel was delicious, my friend shared with us and my chicken and waffle was great, I couldn’t really taste the prickly pear so I would probably substitute for pancakes next time, but we all thought the chicken was delicious and juicy. We did order a side of the lemon pancakes, so I know those were good. The house iced coffee was good, I believe it’s mesquite.
The only thing I would recommend is the cutlery set up being in one location maybe. Oh and the bathroom can be a bit of a hassle to have to walk all the way around to. By the time we finished eating, it had gotten filled so we were happy with the time we chose to eat. Parking meters downtown is now charged on Saturdays in case you want to know.

My wife and I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the lemon blueberry pancakes. Both were delicious. We also ordered the chai (made in house) and golden matcha latte. We found them very delicious and refreshing. The ambiance was great and the staff treated us well. Had a great experience

Food was good. Got the burger. Friends got the meatloaf and Mac & cheese. Service was mid. It was really warm inside. A friend went to the restroom and saw that the thermostat was set at 82 degrees.
