Wednesday nights are Fried Chicken nights at the Preserve in SaddleBrooke. My husband and I treated my sister and her husband to the meal. Three out of the four found the meal lacking. We all liked that the chicken pieces were small in size instead of jumbo sized like from the grocery store. The meat was moist and the skin very crispy. Wonderful mountain views from the patio. Tasty tenderloin tips-you can order from the bar menu or full dinner menu on the patio. Good wine selection. Friendly service. New executive chef just started so look for a menu refresh. Note: while this is in SaddleBrooke, it is open to the public.
