I ordered takeout and tried the beef rice bowl, but it wasn’t what I expected. The meat looked more like pork than beef and had an unusually soft, spongy texture that made it hard to eat. I wasn’t able to finish it, and unfortunately I wouldn’t return based on this experience.
Food is bland and very over pricey, sure it looks cute but for 14$ for a ramen bowl, the chicken comes to be barley 5-6 tiny cut up pieces , one small piece of pork or 4 cold slices of beef, if anything its just a bunch of noodles in a bland broth. The rice bowls or curry always come with barely any veggies on them. If anything the only good items here with reasonable price are honestly just the appetizers.

We were really excited to try this place since it’s close to home and the reviews raved about the ramen. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype. We ordered two tonkotsu ramen bowls, and both were extremely bland, with far too many noodles and not nearly enough meat. The broth lacked the rich, deep flavor you’d expect from tonkotsu.
We also ordered a miso ramen for our daughter, which honestly tasted like watered-down soy sauce and nothing else. The only standout item we had was the gyoza, which was actually very good and enjoyable.
On a positive note, the service was great, and we really appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. That said, as big ramen fans, this was a huge letdown—especially given how highly reviewed the ramen is. Sadly, we’ll likely continue going to other spots for our ramen fix. Very disappointed overall.

Stopped in at The Ramen Bar near Foothills Mall and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and well-balanced everything was. The poke bowl came with generous scoops of protein, and both the spicy tuna and salmon were fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the sweet mango sauce drizzled on top. The ratio of mix-ins was spot on, and adding wonton strips gave it the exact crunch it needed without overpowering the bowl.
I also tried the fried squid, which was cooked nicely and came in these cute, two-bite pieces that were easy to enjoy. The green citrus-style sauce served with it was a highlight—bright, refreshing, and tasting like it had a touch of lemon juice. Even if they don’t have lemon wedges available, that sauce more than makes up for it.
Service was great as well. The young lady who helped us was friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. Overall, really solid experience. Thanks again!

Tried to order online, it kept asking for a verification code and I tried over and over again, but never received any code. Ended up going through a drive thru.
Food was good but I don't know. This is not authentic ramen and there isn't a bar. Kind of like chipotle style ramen, good enough for eating but not great. Not-so-ramen No Bar

Very cozy and not too overwhelming of an environment. I tend to get overstimulated in loud atmospheres so this place is perfect for those who are similar. You can also order on their touch screen menu as opposed to speaking with someone, which is convenient when there is a line. Normally there is only 1 person behind the counter to take orders. Definitely recommend!

Food was a little low quality for the price. We got the ramen, the broth wasn’t very flavorful. Service was good though and the staff were polite. It also had a nice casual atmosphere.

Nice, cozy little ramen and poke spot. My party had the tonkatsu ramen and miso ramen. They used different noodles for both. This is pretty simple but solid ramen.

This place is a hidden gem in my mind. I had a poke bowl with salmon, the toppings and sauce options are amazing. I hope you're hungry if you get the bowl, because the serving size is HUGE and we'll worth the cost.

Was excited to try this place out but its honestly a disappointment. They messed up my order and forgot basics in my order. The broth was just okay. They rushed my order but got it wrong so I dont think I will come back. There are way better places to go. The only nice thing is they have more meat options.

Ive tried poke and ramen at other places around Tucson and this one for me is a good deal other places price per portion does not justify price, here the rice is really good specially brown rice, tuna and salmon pieces are big, staff is really friendly, plenty of parking
