Really basic ice cream, European sizes (small 🫤), and pricey! My kids forced me to come
We hesitated in front of the large selection of flavors, so the very friendly person mentioned they have flights with 6 smaller scoops! What a fantastic idea! The scoops are not that small, so we enjoyed each of them.
He also suggested the cowboy and the honeycomb ice creams which were divine.
Highly recommended!
Rude worker
So good!
Terrible costumer service. Lady in front was extremely rude, when I asked what she recommended she said huh, as if I had 3 heads! Super rudely. I got a small cone for $6, that was tiny but the ice cream was very good. If it wasn't for the bad service we got. I wouldn't be complaining.
I heard good things about this place. Flavors were okay, wasn’t super impressed. Customer service wasn’t great. Wouldn’t say it’s worth going back to.
Found ourselves in The Screamery after dinner for a sweet treat. Side stepping my safe bet of vanilla or strawberry, we stepped out of the comfort zone and tried Bourbon and Bacon and Tequila Horchata…both were very good. Little on the pricey side for a single scoop.

One of those customer experiences that makes you regret spending money there. Ice cream was freezer burned and honestly, not that great. We threw our $14 of ice cream in the trash after a few bites. The dude working there told us not to get the strawberry bc it was so freezer burned he couldn’t scoop it. I should have realized that meant all the ice cream flavors were going to be freezer burned. Customer service was kinda lame too. Guy at the counter seemed pretty checked out.

Amazing ice cream to try if you are downtown Tucson area. Several flavors to try something new. Customer service was good. They make their own waffle cones but we did not get to try it since they were out of it. I tried the sweet cream honeycomb which was amazing. Expensive for small scope but worth your try.
Kid-friendliness: Several ice cream options for kids. Good customer service for kids.

I had the bourbon bacon and it was great. Tons of flavours. Each of my family had a different flavour and loved it.

It was okay. There was a good variety in ice cream choices but being from up north, the quality of ice cream just didn't compare, especially for the price. The were a couple benches to sit at outside which provided a nice little downtown experience where the tram passes about 3 feet away. Not bad, just not great.

I came in the other night and had a great birthday party. Mike the manager let us set up some banners and made us a farmhouse sundae in substitute of a cake. It was absolutely amazing. The service and ice cream at this location is amazing. We will be back.
