Our favorite ice cream place in Tuscon. Great flavors and they never disappoint. Friendly staff. A must go to for ice cream!

Great ice cream!

This afternoon was my first time there. I got a small cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was nice, seemed a little lighter and less sweet than most mint chip ice cream is. The person who served me was very nice. I took the ice cream out.

Recommended as one of the best ice cream shops in Tucson by the locals, so we had to try it. Their late hours allowed for us to make it the last stop on our trip, which was a great ending to a long day of fun! They had some unique flavors I haven't seen in other shops, and the ice cream was really good. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the last couple niche ice cream shops we have visited, they all had their specific designer creation to set their brand apart from others...like The Yard Milkshake Bar as an idea. But great service and nice shop to end our night!

Multiple ice cream flavors had chunks of butter in it. It was grainy and left a thick film of cold butter In your mouth.

The employees were not very friendly I won't go back there

Some of the best homemade ice cream you can find anywhere! The sweet cream honeycomb is a triumph of flavorful creamy goodness. Worthy of the bees effort! A 100% recommend! The staff today were phenomenal and truly stepped up their customer service excellence game. Kudos!!

10/10. It was my first time going in and I got a sundae with the honey sweet cream (can't really remember the name lol) flavored iced cream with buttercake and whipped cream. It tasted really high quality, the flavor was well balanced and not overly sweet. I liked that the cake was warm under the cold ice cream. I'll definitely be back. Only complaint I have is the menu is written in pastel chalk on a blackboard that's really far back so it was kinda hard for me to read it but that was easily fixed by just pulling up the menu online. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had the ice cream flight and got to choose our flavors. Would definitely go back. 10/10 Also, we tried the strawberry gelato. OBSESSED.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was a bit disappointed and won’t be back. It started off with how the employee built my cone. They smacked it onto the cone without really trying to make a nice presentation. The strawberry ice cream wasn’t sticking very well and I could tell they just gave up trying to serve a proper stack. I carried on and still took it because I personally care more about the flavor than how it looks—I was just bummed they slapped the cone together and didn’t care. The strawberry flavor itself was basic, not really anything to get excited about. It was nice that it had real pieces of strawberry but overall just left a weird film on my tongue and just left more to be desired. If I go to an ice cream shop I want to have a nice experience, at this place I basically could have made myself a better cone at home.

Have been regulars at the Screamery for several years, but lately I have been finding flecks of what seems to be butter. We recently bought a quart of chocolate that was full of these white flecks about the size of rice grains, and greasy on the tongue. Maybe they churned it too long and it turned into butter instead of ice cream? In any case not very palatable, especially at the premium cost.
