Typical bar food, staff was nice.

I felt totally comfortable as a single diner. The French dip had the perfect portion of thinly sliced beef and the jus was hot at service. The hoagie was fresh. Al dente potato salad is not my thing but it had a good flavor profile. This was basic American fare well executed. I will definitely be back. I can imagine the clientele changes by day part. Good eats, friendly staff, and management attention to detail found here. Go someplace else for attitude and misplaced culinary ego.

I've been here 2 times and each time my food wasn't edible. The first time, I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich but couldn't eat it. It was cold plus it was super thin and had seasonings on it that were just awful. The tatertots were also cold and dried out like they had been over cooked.
The 2nd time I was there, I had the fish n chips. It came with 3 very small pieces of fish that were soaked in oil and way over cooked. It was so hard that I could knock it on the table and everyone could hear it. My friends that were work me that night also complained about their food too. It was either cold, over cooked or had way to much seasoning or none at all. I won't be going back. I wish I had taken pictures of my food so I could show you just how over cooked the fish was.

My favorite bar in Tucson. Only downside is that they only have one pool table now.

Food was good for a bar. The soups were yummy! Tartar sauce for fish was especially nice, had fresh dill in it. Fish and chips was good. Ok I want to come back and try their bratwurst and turkey Reuben and... The only negative is it's definitely a bar with lots of guys and some couples. Not a family place in my view. It is huge inside with plenty of tables.

Actually, we live pretty close and often to pass it, and we hear about this restaurant for a long time from our friend, but never had a chance to try. Finally, we had a chance to try. It was a very good experience. Delicious food, awesome service. It's a bit tricky with the parking. Overall we are satisfied and for sure it will be one of our new to go place for dine out.

I have always enjoyed Thirsty's until last night. They changed the fish! There were two, hard breaded fillets instead of the thicker, soft coated pieces more common in fish and chips. If the change was due to costs, raise the price. Don't sacrifice quality! I'm very disappointed.

It's a great place for the fish fry on Fridays or corned beef on St Patrics Day. The last time there, I had a bowl of homemade chili. Mixed drinks and food are reasonably priced
