Jake, our server was very pleasant and accommodating. Shelby, our cook made an awesome smoked turkey panini for me in record time! The meal was so large and included so many kettle cooked potato chips that I asked for a to-go container and brought the other half onboard the plane for dinner! And Thunder Canyon is close to all of Terminal B American Airlines gates. Such a pleasant repast while I waited for my flight!. The ice cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc enhanced the experience as well. Don’t miss this lovely little bar/restaurant if you are flying American and have some time before boarding your flight.

Skip charro's as you come up the ramp. Come to this place for the food dos equis on draft and food that's worth the price! Get the Cuban, Benji's way! Totes worth it.
Charro was OK, but not worth the prices, $20 for a tiny plate of nachos... come to thunder canyon and eat and drink like a king!

Bartenders ignored us for over 15 minutes, but helped people who sat down well after us and next to us. Bar was half empty which made no sense. We tried getting anyone behind the bars attention and when we finally did they never put in our food order and took forever to get the beer we ordered. I get this is an airport bar but with 7 people behind the bar and this poor of service is insane.

Food here is all frozen and reheated, if you want a burger there are fresh and cheaper options. The chips came from a bag, not made at location. Drinks are OK and decently priced. Would recommend another place to eat though.
Waited 18 minutes to be acknowledged by the bartender when I asked to order he then took everybody’s order that had arrived after me at the bar and then made me feel stupid for trying to order a drink. Getting some help because he obviously cannot do it

I had a horrible experience with the bartender who was around between 55-60 years old woman with short blonde hair, this, with a black shirt that was better towards the shoulders I think, and black pants. I was traveling since 4 am from Jacksonville with my eight year old daughter and needed more water. I think this was around 4:20 pm. I had money on a voucher left and she said it was declined loudly. She said if used it even with money left it wouldn’t work. I was trying to buy a soda water for my daughter and I, but mostly for my daughter since she asked for it because she needs to take meds four times a day for a bladder infection and wanted soda water to help wash it down. This woman was very annoyed when I asked if I could use a voucher in the beginning and she interrupted me while speaking with her and asked a guy if he wanted another drink. She proceed to help him after I waited and even got another bottle of alcohol, opened it, served him, and then came back to me. She said again it was declined and I then asked if I could get a glass of soda water from the tap and she said I would need to pay for it. I said, “ I have to pay for a little bit of soda water?” and she said “yes, it cost money for the gas we use for it”. I was completely shocked she said this and acted this way towards me so rudely. I was sitting close so I could see and over hear her talking about me and laughing so I walked over and said, “ did I miss something or is there something else you would like to say to me?” She said “ I was just telling him ( a male customer) that you wanted soda water and your voucher didn’t work”. I told her she was rude and disrespectful all over asking for water and walked off. The guy at the bar ended up buying me a bottled soda water and I thanked him and my daughter walked over and thanked him as well. I was shocked that this woman is even in the hospitality industry and being in the industry myself, I would never allow someone like this in my business. I will make sure everyone knows about her on every platform and news. She showed no compassion and could care less that the airlines took almost everyone off the plane with no luggage for an extra day and some people two days with barely anything and all I wanted was water. She should be ashamed and fired!

Staff was great. Wine was good but expensive. Pinot grigio was $5.35 more for less than Sauvignon Blanc! Why? No food available outside of microwave pouch sandwiches.
