Great food and excellent service. This restaurant deserves to be packed with the low prices and huge portions. Had the chili relleno combo platter, so delicious. Husband had the steak fajitas, huge portions. We will be back.

We are big lovers of Mexican food and have favorites in many cities. We decided to try Tio Ben’s while out shopping close by. We were disappointed. We both had chicken flautas, but the chicken was quite dry and chewy. The refried beans were okay, but on the thin side. Very small portions of starter
Chips and dinner sides.

We went there for lunch I ordered the ribeye steak cooked medium. (Which was $27) My friend got the tacos with beans. The first steak they brought out to me was so overcooked that it was over well done. Told the person who brought it that it had absolutely no pink in the middle and it was very tough. So they brought out the second steak and I swear to God they put it in the microwave. The outside ring of the ribeye was so tough you could not even eat it and the inside was not even medium it was raw. I'm not sure what they did to the steak but it was certainly not good. How do you make a RIBEYE steak that is at the same time so tough you can't eat it and raw in the middle? So the manager gave me 50% off my meal but that meant I got an enchilada and some french fries for $15. Which was WELL beyond what it was worth. I will definitely not be returning. It was a Thursday at noon and the entire restaurant was empty except for someone sitting at the bar. If this business wants to survive they need to up their food quality because the food was horrible. My friend said the beans had so much chili powder in it she couldn't eat it and the tacos were just greasy.

You are greeted by Louis. He extends his hand out for a firm handshake. You are seated and he asks youu how you are doing. The service and food are stellar and cannot be beat. This restaurant deserve an M. Star!!! This is a jewel of a restaurant. Located on the Northwest side of Tucson. The rellenos are so yummy. And the carne asada exquisite! My mouth is watering as I write this. We all need to help support this place. So come on out for some beautiful food.

Nice Mexican restaurant with great service and mom and pop vibe. Clean restaurant and restrooms. I have been here 1 other time and they had Mexican music and a band was going to be coming in that night. Today, there was a very interesting mix of.music from Elvis to Frank Sinatra. It was quite a change of pace from my previous visit. But, the people I was with were having a great time singing along at our table.

A very good spot for Sonoran food. I had the ground beef taquitos and the food was fresh and good. Served with chips and salsa to begin with. Worth a visit. I was able to get my wheelchair in to the bar and up to a table. I did not visit the restrooms while I was there so I cannot give you an account of what they were like or how big they were.

A group of us have been coming here once a week for several months now. There's usually 5 - 12 of us. Luis and the Tio Ben's team have been very accommodating and friendly. And, the food is really good. Highly recommended. Be well.
