We have visited a few times and always leave with a smile on our faces. The facility is clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The drink service is prompt and the food is delicious. Our entire family enjoys the various games available. We will certainly be back for more!

It was a fantastic evening! Everything was clean, in its place, everyone was polite and very professional yet friendly! Now THATS what makes it worth it! The food was fantastic, service was great and timely! We were checked on multiple times and that is service is wish other places had! 1 observation about the food, the patty melt i had was VERY delicious! However, I thought it was hilarious they just flipped over a hamburger bun and called it a patty melt. No complaints about that though. My 1 and only complaint is saftey: I really REALLY wish people would adhere to being behind the firing line, while people are hitting. I saw too many kids crossing the firing line and getting WAAY too close to the edge. I would like to see that enforced a lot more tbh, Im the same way with shooting ranges & Trap and Skeet fields. Ope! I know I sound like an RSO but saftey is a very VERY big thing with me and all it takes is one unaware kiddo, one stupid reckless egotistical teenager or a drunk inebriated adult or heck just some stupid idiot to step across the firing line and get THWACKED by a driver or a ricocheting ball. Other than that, I was very pleased with the evening.

This is an excellent spot for a social Gathering, especially on 1/2 price Tuesday. They have plenty of space for groups, good seating, a large bar area and they split checks as well. Easily one of the best gathering spaces in Tucson.

Four adults booked a bay for 90 minutes, and unfortunately the service was very disappointing. Our server took a long time to take our drink and appetizer order, and when the appetizers came out they were wrong. They corrected it quickly, but then disappeared again. It was another 15 minutes before anyone came back to take our food order.
The kitchen seemed backed up, as our server came by twice to apologize for the delay. We also had to ask for drink refills instead of them being offered. Before our food even arrived, she reminded us that our time was almost up and asked if we wanted to **pay extra** to extend our time so we could eat—despite the delays being entirely on their end. They gave us an additional 15 minutes, but it still wasn’t enough to finish our meal.
Overall, this experience felt like a staffing and training issue, and the frustration simply didn’t match the price we paid. I hope they improve, but I’m not sure I’d return based on this visit.

We went in as a walk in. 4 adults and 3 children. Our server Zakry was absolutely amazing! He was patient as our order was all over the place. He didnt make us feel bad as he cleaned up a broken glass at our table and just overall handled everything with grace and kindness! It was the first time at Top Golf for half of us and we had such a great time! Zakry, thank you for everything! You are amazing and worthy!
I would also like to give a shout out to an unnamed employee who was busy cleaning a table next to ours. Our 10 year old walked right up to him and asked him for tips. He without hesitation stopped what he was doing and asked to see my son's swing. He proceeded to help him better his swing and speak with him with such respect, compassion and love!
I rate our first time experience 13/10!

William was absolutely awesome! From the moment we got to our bay, he made the whole experience fun and easy. He was super friendly, attentive, and quick with our food and drink orders. He checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—and made sure everything was running smoothly. You could tell he genuinely cared that we were having a good time.
