WOW! We took our son for his 16th birthday and didn’t know what to expect. With concepts like this we find that it is a hit or miss experience.
Our time there was a… hole in one! I spoke with several people making the bay reservations and every single person was kind, calm, and so helpful (I had a lot of questions). Then when we got there, they had already set up a birthday sign and greeted us by acknowledging our son’s birthday. The red carpet didn’t end there, the service was impeccable, the food was amazing, and Top Golf didn’t miss a beat. Each person in our party had a blast.
We will definitely be back!

I have been to many Topgolf locations and I have never been so uncomfortable and pressured for service that I paid for. We waited 10 minutes at the bay for my friends and family to arrive and not one server would even look at us until we started our time. Even if we wanted to order food there was so many bays that were empty and they refused to even acknowledge us. We ordered food and drinks and the servers and mangers were standing directly behind us making it clearly obvious they were talking about our group as we were trying to finish our food with children. We ordered appetizers and a bunch of drinks and there was plenty of bays open. The staff was unprofessional all around and we had to ask for boxes for the food we weren’t allowed to finish because they failed to let us know about all the rules that were revolved around the bay time we reserved with no one else waiting. The lack of customer service at this location makes me never want to come back.

I’m sorry but as a business, charging a “booking fee” to reserve a lane that is already expensive and not crediting to that actual time is absurd. Also, charging each player to be a lifetime member? Nonsense. No wonder top golf is going down as a business. Also the music and vibes were horrible.

I had a pretty good time at Top Golf, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. First off, the service was great. Our server was an absolute sweetheart—super attentive, friendly, and really made sure we were taken care of. She definitely helped elevate the experience.
However, the music was way, way too loud. It got to the point where the speakers were actually rattling and sounded like they were on the verge of blowing out. It made it hard to have a conversation or fully enjoy the atmosphere. I get that they want to keep the energy up, but the volume was just overkill.
Despite the noise, I’ll definitely be back for the fun and the great service, but they seriously need to turn the music down a notch (or several!)

Finally able to try TopGolf in Tucson, Arizona with my co-workers. Terrific views of the range day and night. Food is great and staff are friendly. Highly recommend if you love golf and when in Tucson.

Golf experience was great! Food was good, however service was very slow. Server didn’t check in enough for our drink refills. Understand the need, but the fans were a bit annoying. Would definitely return.

I took my daughter and some of her friends on Friday for a last get together before school starts back up. Armando helped me get all the girls set up to play. He was so helpful. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond is hard to find in the customer service industry these days. This experience was great.
Celebrated my sons bday our server was amazing she tried to make my sons bday as special as she could!!our food and drinks were great over all an amazing experience!!

Said there was a 15 minute wait time , we said okay we ended up waiting 2 hours just to go home bunch of people came in and out . Don’t recommend bunch of entitled workers

Nothing about my first impression of this place impressed me. One, the listing and website both list "happy hours" and "happy hour menu" and they don't exist. Second, I was going to have a couple of drinks and eventually do some game play but, I couldn't even get the drink the way I wanted in the glass I wanted it in! Third, for it being half price Tuesday it's still expensive for just one person to chill and relax. Everything about this place was pretentious and made for a younger generation of dbags that I apparently don't fall into. Won't return based off all these experiences. Oh I forgot, they charge you 5 bucks more if it's your first time here. Classic
