So i don't think i have ever eaten Detroit style Pizza. That said whatever Transplant has is freaking good (could be Scandinavian style for all i care.). I just had lunch there. Pizza was killer. The dough is soft but the cheese is crispy/crusty so its a perfect balance. I got a small order of the double down pepperoni and a fountain soda for $13! The slice is not huge but it is thick so it is very filling. Hell of a good value for the money in the current messed up economy...
Good pizza! Ordered a deep dish and it was solid. Ordering was smooth and easy. But most of all the customer service was excellent from the crew and especially the manager. Will come back again.
Pizza was delicious. Crust was crunchy and dough was perfect. Could have used a little more cheese and sauce for my taste to make it less dry. Main reason for 4 stars is it is a bit pricy -$27.98 for large, including tip and discount; military discount provided was appreciated. The large was shared between 2 adults. We didn’t get any drinks/alcohol, but they seemed to have a good selection.
