AMAZING ! Me and my son Jack went for the first time . I got the captains platter fish was delicious, shrimp was perfect ! He got the hamburger , it was so big he couldn't finish it LOL

I <3 Trident!!! I have only sat at the bar except one time at a table. Service is always great & all of the employees treat you like family. It’s hard for me to stay away! They also just started a rewards program :’) Time to stack up

We love Trident! Excellent upscale pub food! The only reason for the four stars is we ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and it was not even close. Small and bland. We walked away disappointed this time around. We will go back however. Like I said, the food is usually always amazing and the portions are huge. If they can’t do better on the Philly, both in taste and size, they should take it off the menu.

Such a disappointment compared to the other locations. The only reason I gave two stars is that the beer was cold. The interior was dive bar quality. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a good dive. This however was a birthday for a friend and I was embarrassed that I chose this location for her birthday lunch. I won't be back for sure. Terrible service and mediocre food.
Everything was great. Our server was friendly and took care of the table... But the kitchen forgot about our order even though it was the only one on screen. So we were there an hour, yeah an hour, longer than needed... We could see them goofing off and our order on screen for over 45 minutes... Finally we said something and our meals came out 10 minutes later.
Perhaps the kitchen needs better management at night.

Update: Came back and got the same thing.. Tartar sauce still an unusual flavor(forgot to bring my own lol) and this time the slaw didnt have any flavor.. Again, the fish and everything else was good.. So still a fan.
All in all not a bad spot. Everything seems to be made in house for the most part, and the prices are fair. The mozz sticks were really good and the fish was pretty good, too. The only unusual thing(in my opinion) was the flavor of the tatar sauce.. Nothing like any tartar sauce Ive tried, and not in a good way... I was pretty disappointed since it is a staple when eating fish n chips.. The food was good enough to just bring my own sauce next time I guess. Ill be back.

Second time I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and received no chicken. My husband likes your platters but makes it hard when one meal always arrives without the main ingredient.
