I've never been ignored like this by a wait staff. She never came and asked if everything was OK or did we need anything. Both waitresses spent most of the time bsing, our waitress couldn't leave her bsing spot behind the bar. Will never go back.
Ps the food was excellent.

The Trident brand has absolutely held up between all the locations! The food has always been good and the servers are always friendly.

The food was ok, massive menu... The only real complaint I have, is that my clothing reeked of the kitchen fryers when I got home... My seating wasn't even near the kitchen. This usually only happens when the kitchen hoods aren't working properly and or the fryers temperature is up too high and the oil isn't being changed often enough.

If I could I would give this place a zero out of 5 stars, I would give it a negative.

Friday night 11/22/2024
My boyfriend and I came in and was told it was open seating so we sat down at a booth and waited.

We waited for at least 10 minutes for a server to approach us and bring us menus and say "no one has come to you yet?"

Then just walked away. Not even offer us any drinks or anything.

So you acknowledge that we haven’t been helped and then continue to not serve us…

Another 5 minutes pass still nothing. We ended up leaving and the hostess had the audacity to say thank you.

That was really sad and disappointing. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant.

Fast, friendly, and helpful service. Ordered the World Famous Fried Pickles and they truly were fantastic! The Nashville Hot sliders were delicious, as were the Old Bay fries and sweet potato fries.

Party of 4 on a Sunday at 11:30. No waiting line and most tables had customers seated.
3 of us received our food one hour after ordering. The other waited another 10 min. Our food was cold when we received it. Two of us ordered 3 sunny side up eggs. We received two, but we're charged for 3. The waitress was trying to make light of the wait. Will not be going back here. The other Tridents are really great. Overall, it was a bad experience here.

This place has the worst servers that I have ever seen. I been here 5 times and every time it’s a different server but the one thing they have in common is laziness!!! . I even taken the time to complain to the manager and the only thing that has changed is the staff. You have to keep tracking down your server and then she comes to the table with an attitude like your brother her.

We had a working lunch at Trident Grill today. I had the COB salad, which comes with the option of any salad dressings you choose. Everything was fresh and delicious on the Salad. Boiled eggs, bacon, ham, chopped small, fresh avocado. YUM! The price was real reasonable, and the food was awesome. The service was spot on. One of my co-workers had the fish and chips, which made me a little jealous. Actually, I got what I wanted, but the fish and chips looked great and everyone was very satisfied. Our waitress was busy but very attentive to our requests. Thank you, Trident Grill! We will meet again, perhaps during one of the games, that will surely be playing on one of your many, many televisions.

Parking: The Trident Grill is a part of a clean property with easy to find parking spots. I pulled in with a full-size pickup and a twelve foot trailer. I had no problem finding a parking spot close to the restaurant. Even ground all the way. Safe for anyone that is not fully sure footed.

I’m not quite sure if Trident Grill is aiming to be a sports bar or a dive bar—it feels like a mix of both. The moment you walk in, you're surrounded by wall-to-wall TVs showing sports from every angle, but there's also a laid-back, dive bar vibe. The wait staff (all female) wear somewhat provocative attire, which adds to the mixed atmosphere (remember, its a bar). The service, while fine, didn’t particularly stand out, and overall, the place has a bit of a "meh" feel.

That said, the food is where Trident Grill truly shines. The menu is fantastic, and the kitchen consistently delivers top-notch dishes. The fish sandwich, in particular, was legendary—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. And a heads-up: the nachos are enormous, perfect for sharing and dangerously addictive, especially with the Kalua Pork.

Despite the confusing atmosphere, the food makes Trident Grill worth a visit. I highly recommend giving it a try, and we’ll definitely be back!

Fun place, service was a bit slow, but there were multiple games on, so that's expected. Food was excellent!
