I can’t really tell you how their food is because we never got a table, even though I had called in a reservation for 10 earlier and they even checked with the manager before confirming it. When ten of us got there they knew nothing about it and didn’t have anywhere for us to sit. I kept getting told it was “an honest mistake that no one wrote it down,” like ‘oops, my bad.’ They said they could split us up into 3 groups (?!?!!??), but they didn’t even offer us a round of drinks or an appetizer for our trouble!
We went to Rosatis, all sat together, and had a great time!
I’m sorry, even with ‘an honest mistake,’ like I kept getting told, if you messed up and are majorly inconveniencing 10 people, you give more than an apology, especially if you’re trying to get them to stay.

The past 3 times my wife and I have eaten here it feels like it's going downhill. From the food coming out lukewarm and basically being ignored by staff after being sat down.

I’ve been to many bars on the west coast, and never would have thought I’d find one I wanted to be a regular so badly! I’d highly recommend the this location to all who are in town.

After a recent high school football playoff game our group of three was looking for a place to eat before driving back to Phoenix. We were very hungry and needed an open kitchen and open till midnight. Trident Grill IV gave us both!
Being relatively late the place was not crowded at all with four patrons in the whole place. The bartender and our waitress worked well together and were very friendly and open to talk since it wasn’t crowded. The dining area and bar are seamless and not huge so it is easy to imagine this place packed on game days for NFL, NBA, or college sports.
Pretty diverse menu for a sports bar that didn’t just follow typical pub grub staples. My friends got Fish and chips (2 large pieces of cod) and BLT that was very large in portion on Texas Roast. I went with the Maui Wowy burger that was great. This burger had a lot of flavors going on from the burger to the bacon, then the kalua pork, teriyaki, and pineapple kicked it up a notch (though not a big pineapple fan on anything the sweet did taste really good all together in each bite). Each plate came with a generous portion of fries and we all left satisfied.
At the End of the Day Trident gave us a great meal on the way home and while nothing noteworthy (though my burger was excellent) we appreciated the service and full menu so late. In a side note this is definitely a Green Bay Packers watering hole if you are looking to gather with other cheese heads!

Cool bar I met old buddy at. It was Friday midday. PACKED! I see now why!
The food was really good! Beer was ice cold. And fresh. The kitchen was pumping out an assortment of different plates! Each with such amazing appeal and quality. And I’m telling ya! It was packed!!
Will be back!!
The menu is really enticing!! Must come back for more

Steak with asparagus and potatoes hit the spot! Ultimate comfort food. The cod is delicious, too. Great outing with family and friends.

I’ve given this place so many chances because I know they have the potential of being good. However, this was my last time ordering from them. 3 orders of mozzarella sticks and every single one was so overcooked that they were hollowed out, not a drop of cheese in sight. This has happened multiple times now. Such a shame

Bad service… I tried waving our blonde waitress over like 4 times and got ignored. The 4th time she looked at me and turned around and started applying lip gloss and flirting w the guy at the bar. I’m a server and if I did this I’d literally get fired. Do better
Mary the “general manager” as she told me was drunk driving and was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I went in to have a meal. She told me she’d be right with me and had one of her servers she manages come and help me and apparently she told her server who helped me to not pay attention to me. She should be reprimanded for her bias and making the fine establishment seem like they support drunk drivers who make Tucson an unsafe environment.

Restaurantji Recommends
I stopped in to order a takeout sandwich
I got the BLT with onion rings on the side
everything was really good
But, I prefer my bacon cooked a bit more
I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu
Looks to be plenty of seating and lots of parking outside

Cera is the best! Funny, knowledgeable about the whole menu and food preparation process for allergies. She recommended the Rueben with a mod that turned out to be the very best Rueben ever. They should consider making her the culinary manager.
Great game day spot! We had the Mushroom Swiss burger with coleslaw and Rueben with potato salad. Both were hot, fresh, and delicious! Both came with a large fresh pickle spear. Love those!
I can tell you that we both had to admit that they were the best, most succulent examples of the sandwich type that we can remember having. It was that good!
Plenty of parking on a Monday double football game night, and only one step into the door.
Clean, nice comfy booths, high and low tables and a shaped bar and a bar counter high table just beyond that makes a nice ambiance. Glad this is here. We’ll be back.

We gave it one star even though most of the food was good. The service was HORRIBLE. There was 7 of us and the food was delivered in shifts with the last person getting her food after most of us were finished. We had to ask for everything from coffee refills, butter, jelly. The checks were all messed up. This was for your brunch on Sunday. If you are going to offer brunch, be prepared for it. It was the worst experience we have had in a restaurant lately. Will not go back even for lunch or dinner.

I walked in with my girlfriend, we did not see any “please seat yourself signs” so we sat ourselves at an empty table. We had 3 different waitresses witness this and did not acknowledge us at all, instead made us feel like we did something wrong without saying a word, we than witnessed 2 other people come in, get seated and even get served water, we are a Hispanic couple and felt as if this were a racial profiling incident. We can’t believe that happened. We will not be returning to this place as we felt uncomfortable being there the whole time
