“This was my first time here, I wasn’t sure what to order, Hannah was very patient and even gave me some of your favorites, I went with one of them and it was delicious. Fast service too. She was very sweet and kind! This will be my new spot for sure!!“

“As a local resident, I’m so glad to have Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the area! There aren’t many options for smoothies or healthy snacks nearby, so this place has been a refreshing and much-needed addition. Every time we visit, the service is quick, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

My go-to order is the Blimey Limey smoothie paired with a bag of chips—such a perfect combo! The smoothies are consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients, making it a treat I feel good about enjoying. The inside of the cafe is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which makes it a nice spot to stop in when we’re not grabbing our order to-go.

The only downside I’ve noticed is the lack of size options for their smoothies. It would be great to have the flexibility to choose a smaller or medium size, depending on my appetite or mood. Having just one size feels a bit limiting, especially for those who may want a lighter snack or are trying the cafe for the first time.

That said, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is still a fantastic spot that we’ll continue to visit often. It’s a wonderful addition to the community, and I appreciate having such a convenient and healthy option close to home!“

“Came to get my usual cran truffle but sent my hubby. It was misunderstood and was rung up no turninado instead of sub splenda. Unfortunately when he got home to me in vail I tried it and it wasn't great. But,I called and spoke to Heidi who was so sweet. This location isn't close but I will gladly come here when in town because of how great the staff has been all 3 times we have come here. Great job Broadway location I'm glad management here cares about quality/training.“
