I have been coming to this location since it opened. I always get the chicken Thai wrap. Due to being away for work, it has been a few months since I was here. I got the wrap yesterday and could not believe my eyes. It is so much smaller as to be shocking. It used to be a good-sized tortilla filled with chicken, etc. Now it is a smaller tortilla and much, much skinnier. Of course, the price has gone up. Raise the prices if you must. I understand that as everything costs more. But don't insult your customers by making something ridiculously smaller. Sadly, won't be back.

While unloading our clients truck in Tucson. We got our smoothies at this location. It was clean and great environment. Drinks were great like always.

Came here on Saturday night around 8:25, All of the front lights were already off, but I was sure it said online they close at nine. We decided to go to the drive-through to see if anyone would answer, After a minute, a girl did and when we asked for a few minutes to look at the menu, she screamed “huh”. All of us could tell she was annoyed that she actually had to work, After we placed our order, we could hear her say on the microphone sarcastically , “ Imagine coming in before closing”. I don’t want to be a jerk as my family owns Restaurants, I know how it is when customers come in the last minute, but I would think that over 30 minutes before they close was reasonable. The food was decent, but it was sad to see poor employees treating customers that way. She would not have lasted two weeks working for me. The girls name was Desiree F as written on our receipt

I've gone to this location a few times today was my first bad experience. The entire time I could tell the employees were having issues. Then all of a sudden they start yelling and cursing at each other. Not exactly professional. They also forgot part of my order I would've said something but they were too busy fighting so I walked out even though I paid for it.

Didn’t bother me enough to leave a review until they decided to start asking for tips IN THE DRIVE THRU. Nobody, and I mean nobody wants a card reader jammed in their face in a drive thru. Just take my card and swipe it like every other drive thru. Having to leave a tip before the food is made is extortion tactics
Edit 1: The death of the triple berry oat smoothie is sad. Edit 2: Don’t come at night, the service sucks and only 1 employee was taking and making all the orders. The other employee was too busy making out with her boyfriend. Edit 3: Now only 3 flavors of chips are offered. Baked lays, cheddar SunChips, and Salt & Vinegar. Also a wrap and smoothie costing $15 is absurd.

As a local resident, I’m so glad to have Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the area! There aren’t many options for smoothies or healthy snacks nearby, so this place has been a refreshing and much-needed addition. Every time we visit, the service is quick, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
My go-to order is the Blimey Limey smoothie paired with a bag of chips—such a perfect combo! The smoothies are consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients, making it a treat I feel good about enjoying. The inside of the cafe is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which makes it a nice spot to stop in when we’re not grabbing our order to-go.
The only downside I’ve noticed is the lack of size options for their smoothies. It would be great to have the flexibility to choose a smaller or medium size, depending on my appetite or mood. Having just one size feels a bit limiting, especially for those who may want a lighter snack or are trying the cafe for the first time.
That said, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is still a fantastic spot that we’ll continue to visit often. It’s a wonderful addition to the community, and I appreciate having such a convenient and healthy option close to home!
The location on old vail is the worst, all these girls do is talk to each other rather than making the food when you order, my average wait time is always 10-15 minutes even when no one is in the restaurant because they would rather socialize than work, I am done coming here I’ll just go elsewhere

Placed order through door dash, store did not have what I ordered, sent me something else, when we got our food there was a 3in long hair in both of our flatbread, mixed in with the cheese and Chipotle sause.......... BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Note to staff WEAR HAIR NETS, it is nasty, stop being lazy
