Vegetarian options: It’s a smoothie shop…great selection and great service. No problem adjusting menu items to meet my needs. Highly recommend

$9.01 for a 12oz smoothie? Unbelievable! Don't even bother with this place. They deserve to be out of business.

I've been to tropical every day for eight weeks and enjoying it! I love it it becomes the addictive, and if you haven't tried, you should go. It's better than smoothie game..

This location needs to be more aware of the dangers of cross contamination. I understand that it's always a risk with someone with a food allergy to eat out because it's not guaranteed that it doesn't come into contact with your food however, I've bought the same smoothie for several months and never an issue until I ordered from the old vail location. I ordered the same one I always get which is the island detox. Not too long after I consumed my smoothie I went into a full blown allergy attack, rash, hives, swollen/numb lips etc. I went into urgent care and received medical attention because I couldn't get to my epi pen. The only thing on their menu I am allergic too is pea protein so that ended up in my drink somehow. Please hold educational classes so this doesn't happen to someone else! as for me I'm good on ordering from here again!

The past few times I’ve gotten food/a drink from here, there’s been something wrong with it. It’s a bit overpriced for the underwhelming products.Vegetarian options: No food other than a quesadilla is vegetarian.

Have you tried the Greek yogurt fruit bowls? I've had two so far and they are fantastic. I had the acai and the one with red quinoa. Both super delish.

All of the smoothies are good. The one item that I like the most is the Thai chicken wrap. I usually ask for extra peanut oil for a little extra spicy. If you add a smoothie with your sandwich, you get a decent discount on the price of your meal.

For some reason for the second time when I ordered the banana crunch wrap, I get it and it is completely doused in honey on the outside instead of the honey being inside the actual wrap, which honestly to me is just poor work ethic and laziness.

Our 1st time was a nice time. A lot to select from and staff was accommodating with our select as well as giving excellent recommendations. It was rather refreshing to not hear, "that will be .15 for 1 more sauce as so many places play the, 1 per customer game. Plenty of seat, however, parking may be a bit challenging if you come at lunch time during the week...(so I was told)From what I read on the door, drive up is about an hour longer than lobby hours. Food was delicious. Oh. My. Goodness, their smoothies, ?? although pricey, cup size is good and the 2 we had were amazing. I had the bahama mama 1 except I substituted the strawberries ? for mango . So coconut ? ? mango , pineapple ? with white chocolate. I'm calling it Pina Comango w/ white choco ?

Usually I love the place. But if I order online for a set time I shouldn’t have to get in the drive thru and wait through a line of people. The doors aren’t open, they don’t have enough staff. And once you are in line you can’t leave. People order for a reason, to make it to work or make an appointment on time. This is by far something yall need to work on.

My husband and I had a fun lunch here today! A big thank you to Carlos for extra friendly service and attention. We will definitely be back

This place was my go to for months. Until tonight, the manager was making food while blowing his nose and touching the food right after and not changing his gloves or washing his hands. Sniffling. Rubbing his hands all over the food. His nose was so red. I honestly felt bad for him. What kind of management lets their workers work sick while making food. And handing the food out to potential high risk customers?

Since July I have been a regular customer(coming in DAILY spending $10-20) depending on who's working will depend on if your drink will taste like just pineapple or watery. The manager or whoever that claims he's higher than the GM always uses ghe excuse that "We were busier than expected." So last Thurs I came in to get my normal Bahama mama, blimey limey and an additional Bahama lama. I waited almost 15mins for my online order(it's never ready before you get there or in the 10min promise time) well my blimey limey is so watered down and Bahama Mama's taste not like they're described. So I reached out to Alex who basically said I didn't drink it fast enough so it melted. Mind you it was given to me that way. I live 5mins from the location and drink it as I drive. It's clear Alex is condescending and rude and customer service wasn't something he was taught. I've gone on the app to give praise when I have a good experience, but he doesn't seem to like that I complain when I'm spending $100 a week and would like my drinks to be a smoothie not water and taste as advertised. So bummed but I'll take my money elsewhere.
