I went to the Valencia location in Tucson. There I was surprised to see that there was a gratituity expected at the drive through. Even more, that when I didn't choose to give it, for fast food, I had to wait 30 min. for the food even though there were 2 vehicles waiting behind me. Unfortunately the respo se address I was given to give more i for, is not a valid address. Nothing will be fixed. 😌

Very disgraced and disgusted about finding a piece of thin wire in the acai bowl that got caught in my teeth. I will not return, and will let my family and others know what took place. I don't recommend this location.

General manager was walking around berating her employees in front of everyone not getting anything done. Employees were trying their best and I feel sorry for them. Waited over 30 minutes while this lady did nothing to help her employees and only slowed them down. She has no business managing anyone.
Said I could substitute an ingredient for free then charged me for it

Been to this location multiple times. The other night I went and got a salad, 2 smoothies and a kids wrap. The girl from the drive thru didn’t listen to my order so it had to be corrected at the window. Then they still forgot a smoothie. Then I got home and opened the salad to find some weird dressing that wasn’t thai and the lettuce/carrots were brown. Gross!
