Had a horrible experience here and asked to speak to the manager. The manager “Kami” came to talk to me and I instantly smelled weed all on her I thought in a food place wow! She was extremely rude and didn’t even offer to remake my order. She wore sweats and a bandanna on her head. What type of district Manager is this ? How unprofessional I will never come back.

I had an important appointment to go to and needed a smoothie to ease my mind. This place reminded me of a documentary I watched about North Korea where they have whole towns with stores that look like they are in business but actually are not. The lady in front of me at the line hadn’t ordered yet after a good 20 minutes. I pulled out of line with my eye twitching in pain and had to do a ridiculous U-Turn through traffic and when I finally was going where I needed to go after 5 minutes, I looked out of my window and the lady was STILL in line! Welp, off to my eye appointment.

Went for a green detox ones the customer service was horrible so I said never again. so today I decided to give it another try and same bad customer service the detox juice had no taste could tell missing some other ingredients, they try to get you to tip but the customer service aint worth leaving one, they take long to just blend frozen fruits and when they hand you your drink just stare at you makes you feel if they did something to your drink yeah this time for sure NEVER AGAIN.

Worst service ever here! Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 smoothies and a sandwich! Then they couldn't take my card because the chip reader wasn't working. So I paid cash and apparently the register was locked and they couldn't give me my change. They wanted me to come back to get it! Nope!!!

The server couldn't be bothered by us ordering. Did not want to tip his bad behavior but the cash machine automatically assumes 15 percent. Won't go here again. The smoothie was expensive and not tasty at all. It was the mango one. Tasted sour like the yogurt was bad

This place looks great. Inside is great. But the smoothes are very bland and taste like chemicals . I order a quesadilla that had so little cheese . Reminded me of something from a kids menu. It’s not worth the money. Go to Jamba Juice for a smoothie.

Tropical smoothie is my favorite place ever but this location was wildly slow, I placed an online order and still stood in like for 15 minutes and my bread was gross and soggy and there was no bacon. Hot sandwiches with mayo cant sit that long. I'm sure they're nice people but c'mon. That super sucked.
