I have never been so disappointed with Tropical Smoothie Cafe as I have been recently. We attempted to try the one on Broadway in hopes it would be better after an incident with the one off Valencia. Boy were we wrong. The salad bowl might as well have had 3 bites in it. I have never seen the bowl that empty.

I really like the Moca Cappuccino smoothie I get it with a booster of B12 or Probiotic and Protein but the service there is slow and disorganized the atmosphere is unpleasant I know ppl feel better when they can work in a place that allows music to be played I would too but there has to be a line drawn no customer wants to walk into an environment that makes them feel uncomfortable where the workers seem like they are not wanting to work and/or are disgruntled and expect for everything should be just handed to them I felt that yesterday when I visited the grunge or disturbing music that was playing that should not be played unless you're in a hard core biker's bar or at a heavy metal concert the type of mood you set for yourself is the type of mood you transfer on to your customers and establishment! This is not a place I would want to stay for long just grab and go because I would feel uncomfortable having meal in this environment

I went here for the first time yesterday. The guy who helped me was awesome!! Substituted things out that I didn’t want for things that I liked. My food was amazing and my husband loved his smoothie. Bravá

Been here 3 times and Everytime has been great. First time I went in the manager even had a wrap that I guess door dash didn't pick up or something, and offered it to me for free. It was great and tasted like fresh juicy veggies. The smoothies are great and cost less than a lot of other places around here. This is definitely my go to smoothie place, especially considering how friendly the staff is!

Worst service possible. Order online for in-store pickup. Got the food home and took a couple bites only to find out that the wrap that was supposed to have extra chicken had no chicken at all. I called and the girl on the phone was rude an abrupt with me when i asked for a refund. She refused so I asked for a manager. No manage available at 2 in the afternoon? Received a call a few days later from Eric the manager. Couldn't refund because it was online order but said he would look into it more and never called back. Never apologized. Nothing.

The service here is great if you don't mind being ignored while the staff talks among themselves. Stood there for 10 minutes while the counter staff stood there talking, totally ignoring their only customer. I wish Jamba juice didn't close in my oart of town
Shout out to the guy running the place on Friday, June 21st, 2024 at 10:00 am. The other worker needs a better attitude. Great place to get some grub & smoothies. They have a lot of options on their menu. Check 'em out, or order thru DoorDash! ??????

I came in on my way home from work in the evening and was welcomely greated by everyone. It was my first time there and I didn’t know what I wanted as they have such a large menu. They were very helpful in helping me decide. I ordered an Açaí bowl as well as a Kiwi Quencher. My total came out to around $18 which is why I rated it 4 stars. The bowl was kinda small and overpriced. The parking lot and the area around it was run down a little. Great customer service, tasty food and drinks. Although they are a tad overpriced they taste is definitely worth it. I look forward to coming back in the near future. Thank you for the amazing first time there. I just hope they do something about their price.

My wife really enjoys ordering and dinning from this place! ? From the Avacado smoothies to the acai bowls, so far everything we have gotten has been delicious ? Ordering through the APP makes is very easy to have your order prepared as you drive to the location. The staff are always friendly and professional. ??? This establishment is very clean and organized. The open design allows customers to watch as their orders are being made. It would be easy if you could pick up your online orders in the drive thru (keeping with the convenience theme), especially when/if your the only customer there ?. For now, we'll keep accruing points to redeem for more treats!!! ? Thanks staff @ Tropical Smoothie Cafe!! ????
