Received my order smashed in the bag it was an oatmeal Chia pudding. Politely asked for it to be remade — got back about half of what I paid for. When I questioned it, the employee told me “it’s not the end of the world.” That level of customer service says everything.
Was refused a refund at the drive-thru and argued with while cars stacked up behind me (some even left). Had to park and go inside to resolve it after she slammed the window at my face. Instead of handling feedback professionally, two female employees became defensive and started raising their voices.
Thankfully, one employee finally stepped in and handled the refund properly. I had mentioned, I drove all the way from the Broadway location which is now permanently closed. Should have been a red flag 🚩
Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely avoidable. I won’t be returning. Save the drama and focus on better customer service.

A kind woman with a long dark braid made my smoothie for me, and when I mentioned that my smoothie might be missing an ingredient, she immediately remade it without question even though it was probably made right the first time! So to that kind woman, thank you for your time and sorry to interrupt your flow!

We drove to the new location in south Tucson near Costco. It is now closed! But the web site allowed us to pre-order at this location. We had to then drive to North Campbell to pick up our order.

Some of the cashiers press the tip option for me instead of passing the card machine out the window of the drive thru? I can see the reader and they select the highest tip option, receipt doesn’t show tips so it’s a pretty sneaky move. Happens ~20% of the time. Don’t like to be stolen from thx.
Fast, fresh and friendly. Love that there is one in Tucson. Love this place. They have great flavors and nice food options as well. Great place to get quick healthy food options.

New customer , I had to choose my order - very difficult task , because everything looked worthy of my taste buds... After much deliberation I chose the Mango Monsoon !! Bright and flavorful and quite filling !! I'll be there in the morning for a breakfast snack and smoothie !!! See you there , because the staff was very helpful and inviting which is a rarity in my restaurant experiences !!
